This is of course too small a sample size to make reliable conclusions, but after a meniscus tear, I was unable to run or walk pain-free for 6 months it did not improve. I had read research regarding this and it was recommended by a friend, though a different brand. After research of various producers, I settle on this one. After less than 2 weeks of taking it, my pain and swelling in the knee diminished. The Knee pain gradually got better and with massage and chiropractic care and no surgical intervention, I am now running 4 miles 2-3 times per week with no pain. I did bike and swim during the 1.8 years that I rested it, but no other activity and no running, jumping or fast walking.

I initially bought this because a hair analysis I did off of Groupon. They said I was deficient in hyalorunic acid under anti-aging! The back of my hands began to look crepey after Covid! Then one day while sitting on the couch I lifted my leg and I literally heard a crunching noise from my knee (wasn’t in any pain) I said what in the world I can’t have nothing! I’m only in my late 50’s. So I hurried up and bought this stuff and I promise you within that first week of taking it twice a day…I had kids listening to my knee and the crunchy sound gradually went away! I mean week two no sound! My skin on the back of my hand changed about the same amount of time…I now have the hands of a 30 year old!

I had such a bad back injury that I used to cry when I got up in the morning. I heard an ad for this product but it was by another company charging 3 times as much as this brand. Combined with monthly chiropractic adjustments I went from feeling like my bones were grinding against each other to feeling fluid motion in my back and no longer getting up to 3 days advanced notice when it's going to rain. The reason it takes some people shorter amounts of time for it to work and others it takes longer before feeling effects is because hylauronic acid is the major component in the ability to produce synovial fluid. Synovial fluid is that sticky matter that fills up and provides the cushioning between our joints and also the sticky matter in our eyes is full of this stuff. As babies we have an over abundance of this. At this point diet comes into play. Taking 2000 mgs a day of fish oil will stop arthritis from progressing. If you don't have arthritis when you start taking that much you won't ever get it. If you do have arthritis it will never progress from where you are once you begin taking it. Hyaluronic acid gives your body what it needs to repair the cushioning in your joints. As I said babies have a lot and can also produce more. As we grow up we slowly lose our ability to produce synovial fluid then eventually it stops and then eventually we lose what we have. This is why as we age we get stiff and have trouble with dry eyes and dry skin, wrinkles etc. When people start taking Hyaluronic acid with chondroitin supplement the results are influenced by how old you are (because the levels of synovial fluid you have in your joints are lower the older you are, how long you had an injury and whether or not you supplement with fish oil or consume a lot of fish (you are what you eat - healthy eating = healthier bodies). In short, if you are older, don't eat right and never have, and already have a lot of joint pain then it will take you a LOT longer to feel the beneficial results of taking it (sometimes up to 3 months or more). Someone in their 20's will feel results faster because they have way less a deficiency. Those middle age will take somewhere in the middle between those two to feel a result depending on whether or not they eat healthy and whether or not they have injuries and the scale of injuries from minor to severe. Minor injuries cause less pain/stiffness than more severe injuries which cause more stiffness and pain. This is why you see such a confusing response on how fast or long it is taking different people to feel results. I was in my 30's when I got my horrendous injury but also I hate fish so I never ate it so I got very stiff and sore quickly. However I was lucky enough to read the reports on the findings that 2000 mgs a day stops arthritis from progressing so I started taking that for a year. Then I started taking Hyaluronic acid. I remember it took somewhere around the end of 2 months for me to notice the difference.

Works great for both joints and my facial skin. No side effects besides possibly slight gas.

This medicine is good for knee lubrication and for cartilage regeneration remove knee pain and I personally recommended to those who faced knee pain because I knew knee pain is make mobility impossible so try this product and less your pain

Hyaluronic acid benefits skins and joits.Please give this to any elderly person at your home above 50-55. Their joints will thank you! Overalll good product.
