Good product, does exactly what I need. I have had a PS4 for a number of years but have recently bought a PS3 so I can play some of my older games but didn't want to be using the inferior PS3 controller. That's where this device comes in handy. Hook it up to the PS3, plug in a PS4 controller and hit the pair button, a few seconds later the controller work's exactly as it should. I am aware you can use a PS4 controller on PS3 without this adapter, but doing it this way you dont get vibration and the PS button doesn't work and isn't compatible with all games. This dongle allows you to use a PS4 controller in exactly the same way and has vibration. Share and options button's become select and start so is fairly logical mapping of the buttons. Headphones won't work, nor does touchpad but this is to be expected as it can't add features that weren't present on the PS3 controller. Overall very happy with this and cheaper than other similar devices I've seen that do same thing.

I have an old PS3 with some good classic games which I haven't been play for a while, however due to the lockdown currently happening just now, I decided to play these games again. Unfortunately, my PS3 controller does not work any more, and it seem like there are lots of FAKE PS3 controller on sale on ebay, I decide to get this adaptor instead, so I can use my XBOX ONE S controller. I ordered this adaptor on Monday and arrived quickly on Wednesday, thanks to Amazon Prime. The package contain an adaptor, about the same size as a normal USB memory stick, it also contain a full English instruction leaflet. I read the instruction leaflet, first, push the side switch to PC (if I want to connect wirelessly) then connect the adaptor on any of the USB slot on my PS3, then press and hold the connect button, same time, you just need to press and hold the connect button on top of your controller then it should just connected, however, the adaptor does not response on my first attempt. So I read the instruction leaflet again, and connect the adaptor to the PS3 with the side button push to PS3, press and hold the connect button both on the adaptor and the XBOX ONE S controller, and BINGO! it connected immediately. My Xbox controller now working on my PS3, and I can play all my favourite again, thanks to this little adaptor. The adaptor seem to be working very well, I have not experience any drop of connection, and my PS3 seem to be responsed very well to my Xbox controller too. I could have give it a 5 stars, if the instruction leaflet can be a bit more clear, but overall, the adaptor is working very well, especially if you are using your existing controller for the older game console.

Item arrived as expected, works well with Xbox one wireless controller

Works on Switch, but randomly causes connected controller to power on and vibrate wildly, even if the console is turned off fully. Ridiculous that you have to unplug it every time you stop playing, which resets all the button mapping. Not really worth it if you like convenience, as it's so clunky and awkward to use.

I ordered this as a tech enthusiast and I am actually really surprised at how good and powerful this little adaptor is. I own a switch, PS4 and PC where I shuffle throughout the day. I use the same PS4 controller for both the PC and PS4 and is a major pain to be constantly changing my pairing settings so my main idea with this was to pair it once and just make it plug and play, and god is it convenient, now I just need to worry that is charged, and not even, as the adaptor comes with a USB entry where it can charge as you play. This also allows for controllers to be used and I honestly do not know how I have not purchased this before for my switch, the controller change is just day and night, don't get me wrong the switch controllers are okay, but god are they tiny, and for prolonged use the PS4 is just much better. Now I always carry it because of how convenient and useful it is. Build quality is more than okay and I am in love with it. Honestly, if you own more than one console, this should be a must have.

I use it to connect a ps4 controller to a laptop. It works wells - within about 1 meter - and is easy to connect. You need to unpair the controller from ps4 otherwise it will connect to ps4.

So brilliant I love it. With these things you always worry there’s going to be problems, but I wireless synced it with my ps5 controller and it’s been pretty much flawless. All the buttons work including the ps button. The only problems are it won’t turn on a ps3 via the controller, and it won’t work in ps2 emulated games. I wouldn’t expect it to the do the former, but I was surprised it didn’t do the latter. But I found out it’s not the fault of this product, but rather ps2 emulation on a ps3 turns off all the USB ports, where even third party wired controllers won’t work, and only the official ps3 controller do, so blame Sony for that. However it still works with the ps1 games I’ve tested. Note I’ve only been testing it for a couple of days, but it feels normal and responsive and I love it!

Product works fine when used, I connected it to my PC and the controls and connection worked seamlessly. However, when I connected it via the wireless usb adaptor, the audio jack wasn’t working on my controller and I couldn’t connect my headset to get audio through my PC. My PC didn’t register any audio input for my headset on the controller when connected wirelessly. When I tried connecting the controller with my charger cable into my PC i could hear the audio and it was detecting the audio input for the headset in my controller there were no problems.

Mega, funktioniert hat der PS3 top. Ohne Probleme PS5 Controller, Xbox Controller an der PS3. Vibration funktioniert, Latenz meiner Meinung nach ähnlich gut. Das einzige ist, dass natürlich für Spiele, die 6-axis brauchen schwierig wird...

Lo compré para usar mi mando en diferentes dispositivos y me ha ido genial. Solo hay que enchufarlo y en segundos ya está funcionando, sin complicaciones. La conexión es estable, no noto retrasos y la respuesta es muy buena. Lo he usado varias horas seguidas y sigue perfecto. Además, es pequeñito y no molesta nada. Estoy muy satisfecha. Compré otro adaptador para conectar un control de xbox a la PS3 porque me gusta más la ergonomía pero me lleve la sorpresa de que no sirven otros adaptadores, al comprar este si que funcionó activo la bibracion y mapeo correctamente todos los botones lo recomiendo ampliamente es buena compra si lo quier s para PS3 por las otras plataformas la verdad no sé que tal funcione.

Ho comprato questo adattatore Bluetooth per il joypad della PS4 per renderlo compatibile con i giochi del pc eliminando l'uso del cavo perché altrimenti mio figlio a furia di giocare col cavo ne ha già rotti 6, allora ho deciso di comprarli questo adattatore Bluetooth specifico per quel joypad, e da subito ho notato la piena compatibilità senza usare software di terze parti ma semplicemente inserendolo nella porta usb ed effettuando il pairing tra joypad e adapter ha funzionato sin da subito senza disconnessioni. Inoltre ha un commutatore che lo rende compatibile con la xbox e la nintendo Switch ma non l'ho potuto testare perchè non ho le altre 2 consolle. Ottimo per chi vuole giocare al pc con un joypad wireless.
