May not work on new sankies.
May not work on new sanky's for you, you have to take out a snappering to pull out the Bang on the newer kegs that I found. Lots of videos on YouTube, comma but you end up having to use a screwdriver or a pic to pull out the retaining Spring.

Doesn't Remove the Ring but Still a Handy Tool
I was a little disappointed that this does not remove the retaining ring from the keg. However, it does a really good job of degassing the keg and opens up the spear when rinsing it out. It's also a lot less expensive than other spear removal tools. Just make sure to place a towel over it when using to avoid a potential beer shower.
