It is a great filing cabinet but when I got it the top left corner was broken off. I live in the Dominican Republic so sending things back to the states is a risk I was not willing to take. It still works fine but maybe putting "Handle with Care" on the box will prevent that from happening again. Thanks!

This product is exactly what I wanted. light weight, neutral color and completely functional...execpt ONE PROBLEM. The wheels that are in the pictures.. were not included! they even gave me instructions how to put the wheels on the file cabinet but no wheels. I hope it was just mine that were misplaced and this product does actually come with wheels. if not that is very misleading! the bottom drawer does not clear the area rug I have in my tiny NYC apartment so I have to wiggle the drawer out every time. slightly frustrating.

It opens easily & rolls into place as well. With all the heavy files, it tilts forward when pulling the draw almost all the way out. I have put the heavy phone books on top to keep it from tilting when opening it. I do like how easily it opens & closes. Thank you.

It is a great price and holds all our files BUT when I pull a drawer out, the weight of the open drawer tips the file cabinet forward. I don't know if this will change once I have the whole cabinet completely filled up or if I just need to find a way to distribute the weight properly. That is the only issue. I have the file cabinet sitting under my desk so when it tips it is stopped by my desk.

Good product overall, light and fits a lot of files. Only thing about this cabinet that isn't ideal is if you have a lot of files you have to be careful not to pull the drawers out too far without supporting it, or else the it will lean forward and flip.

My friend had one of these and I thought it was a lightweight, compact, and cute way to store some sentimental valuables with a touch of security via the key and lock. The item arrived in a decent amount of time of one week with free shipping so that was good. Then as I Un boxed the drawer, my disappointment set in. My friend's top drawer pulls out and holds in place as long as the bottom drawer is closed and heavy though. My top drawer doesn't hold when pulled out, just droops. Pull too far and the drawer falls out. Then I tried to test the lock. Of the two keys given, only one key works and locks the top. The same said key doesn't lock the bottom. The second key doesn't lock the bottom nor the top. Ineffective is the lock feature now. Lastly I was peeved to find a piece of chipped plastic in the bottom drawer. I couldn't locate where it belonged to so it was either plastic bi product from the manufacturing that got left in my unit or it came from somewhere within the drawer i can't find.

The bottom drawer cover fell off after 3 weeks of use. Should come with a warning that it will not handle a full load of documents. I realize that it is plastic and therefore not as sturdy as metal or wood, but it was all I could afford and worked perfectly until it was to heavy to pull out easily. I just didn't want those wire frames that hold the hanging files and this appeared to be the right solution.

First order showed with only half of the filing cabinet. Amazon’s was quick to replace . Excellent service. The cabinet is flimsy

Not worth the money. Cheap plastic.

Purchased these and not the greatest. Definitely not worth the money. Wheel broke when trying to move the cabinet, which shouldn't happen. Not like I was aggressive. Also, apparently the 2-drawer cabinets come apart. The two pieces are "taped" on top of the other. So the top cabinet is not secure at all. I now can't return these so I've had to learn the hard way.
