Worked perfectly out of the box!
Replaced a dying desktop with my surface Pro 6 and with the adaptor I quickly hooked up my HDMI monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Bose speakers. Would highly recommend it! The only drawback, I had to remove my protective case to fit the plugs in on the adaptor. It does not block the charging port or connector!!

It works, once it fits
The dock would not plug into my Surface, I had to use an excessive amount of force to get this to fit. Once I forced it into the Surface everything was fine. I was not afraid to force the unit into place as my Surface is older and I felt confident in making repair to the tablet if needed. Most consumers would probably not feel confident in forcing the dock into place initially.

Usb not recognized
I was very excited to get this. Unfortunately its hit or miss when it works. Normally I can read sd cards after a bit having it plugged in. Unfortunately I can never get it to recognize usb devices. So I unplug the adapter and plug usb directly into the surface. My model is the 2017 surface pro.

Wouldn't work after 3 months.
It started out great, but after 3 months would not work anymore.

Microsoft Surface Pro 6/Pro 5/Pro 4 Hub Docking Station with 4K HDMI
The hub adapter sold by Rokcore is advertised as 'upgraded version' and is supposed to fit a microsoft surface pro 4 laptop. It does not. The 2 plug ins on the adapter appear to match the ports on the surface pro 4, but when you try to connect, the 2 plugs ins are slightly too far apart and do not line up with the ports on the laptop. Returning the adapter and purchasing what looks like the same thing, from a different seller (LZX US) to see if it fits.

The product is not compatible with my MS Surface Pro 3 and I returned.

I bought this so I could plug my new drawing tablet into my surface pro, and it works great, its fast and doesn't cause my laptop to over heat.

the product does not work, the HDMI port does not get deteted by the screen, the USB ports work .due to the HDMI port cannot extend the screen of my surface pro3
