Right dosage for me.
5mg hits the sweet spot for daily dosage. I don't cycle it. I use it to keep my testosterone levels up. When you get older SHBG increase. Boron releases to bound testosterone and it becomes usable.

Helps significantly with small "payloads". I was having an issue busting with a very measly output, so I searched online for a way to really explode.
