I decided to wear it under a loose waist trainer and all I did was some short exercises and danced most of the night for fun and OMG when I went to take it off it was like a flush of water pouring out I was really shocked. I really now wish I got a smaller size. It really does what it says just make sure you build up the right temperature on your body. LOVE IT!

Not like the photos
If you’re wanting a top that goes almost under the breasts like the photos suggest then don’t get this one, the top goes up to collar bone level like in the photo I have attached and is more like a men’s sweat vest. I am not blessed with a large chest, even when I’ve gained weight and it’s always the first place I lose the weight so the last thing I want to do is encourage that to happen quicker. Photos on listing need updating to show correct shape of item. P.s I did get it out the packaging to check in case it was just the wrong packaging but no, it says women’s on the back but wouldn’t say this is.

Poor fit and quality
Material poor quality, kept riding up, sizing seems off was quite tight (as expected) in the torso but arm holes were massive (one was bigger than the other!) Torso also came up very short this was the same in S and M sizes I tried. No sauna effect, didn't do anything, a normal vest top would be the same, overpriced

Ottima canotta per sudare durante lo sport. Veste benissimo, e fa sudare un casino, puoi svolgere esercizi sportivi in piena libertà! Quando la togli ti ritrovi un lago addosso!

War für mich etwas zu groß, aber das liegt daran, dass ich eine große Oberweite und einen dünnen Bauch habe. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich ordentlich in dem Ding geschwitzt. Super, würde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

Je suis déçu car je pensais vraiment que je verrais un résultat. Le produit est chez pour ce que c'est. Donc je suis vraiment déçu d'avoir mis cette somme dans ce produit.
