This is advertised as "1200mg Resveratrol" but in fact each capsule contains only 600mg of "resveratrol complex", which yields 300mg of trans-resveratrol (the active ingredient). In the details it says "one capsule daily" and "serving size 1200mg". However, on the bottle I received, it says "serving size: 2 capsules", but this is not mentioned anywhere in the product information. The old "serving size" trick is being used to mislead customers. Amazon should ban these shady advertising practices. Regarding the product itself, it is good quality. This is standardized knotweed extract, which is naturally brown and pungent. Knotweed is a beneficial plant that is high in resveratrol, and contains other beneficial polyphenols alongside resveratrol. This is not the same as purified trans-resveratrol (which is white), but it is a good product, sometimes referred to as "full-spectrum" resveratrol, because it contains plant co-factors that are naturally present alongside resveratrol.

Easy to take and the highest amount of trans resveratrol I could find in capsule form. Well priced for strength of supplement.

We take these pills in order to avoid drinking too much red wine which has its negative effects. This product has only positive effects and it is easy to digest.

Love this product, instead of drinking lots of wine and eating lots of red grapes i just take a few of these wonderful capsules

This brand is my favourite for resveratrol! The size of the pill (some are much bigger and harder to swallow), the proper dosage (you'd be surprised how hard it is to find the right dosage), the medical ingredients (prime ingredients not stuffed with fillers I don't need nor want) and lastly the price (wow! The best I've found for this quality and I've looked around a lot!)...these are just some of the reasons I won't buy this anywhere else.

I have been feeling great after taking this supplement. Research indicates that wine, in moderation, is great for us, but for those of us trying to minimize our alcohol intake, this is a great alternative. All the advantages without the substance risk and the calories! My joints have been feeling really good, and my mood has been extremely positive. I haven't had any tolerance issues to the product either. Couldn't be happier!

Was looking for Trans resveratrol and this has it. No other junk or fillers. To early to see if any positive results.

I was reading about telomeres and longevity when I saw a few references about Resveratrol. There were many articles with positive reviews, but I was skeptical. But because our dumb___ leaders won't let DHEA into our country, I was looking for other supplements that might be helpful in my senior years. As of this writing, I have been using Resveratrol for a couple of weeks now. I have to say, I am very pleasantly surprised. The first day I tried this product, I could feel a difference - I had more energy. It wasn't the bounce-off-the -wall type of energy - more like things just felt easier - standing, walking up stairs, running. Maybe this is psychosomatic or just a placebo effect, but it it doesn't matter if I am getting results. Since I started taking Resveratrol, I've moved up a plate on every station on the multistation gym at my work place. I don't know if I look younger, but I just feel better and it's easier to motivate myself to go for walks, runs and bike rides. I am curious as to see what will happen after a couple of months.

Was kinda disappointed when I initially opened the bottle because one of the capsule had ruptured and spilled its powdery contents making it very messy to take the supplement. However their customer service was more than understanding and provided a replacement bottle at no cost. I've been taking this product for about a month now and can say that this is a quality product.
