Great quality, lasts a long time!
Awesome running vest! I have been using it for approx. 5-yrs now for trail running. I've done some very long races and hikes and have had enough space for all the supplies I need to carry. Fits well and haven't had any issues with irritation or rubbing. The straw works great for water flow and is easy to close and open the valve for drinking (I am able to do it while running). Also easy to clean after use. Would recommend if you need something that will last you a long time.

Excellent Hydration Vest for Endurance Distances
At first, I used this hydration vest for a few shorter runs just to try it out. It worked great. There was enough room to fit all my fluids and food, as well as extras like phone and keys while having enough adjustment to keep it snug and comfortable while running. Last weekend, I finally had a chance to give this the testing it deserved when I competed in the 8 hour obstacle course endurance race. I used this pack the entire time and used it to carry fluids, food, supplies, and anything I needed. Short summary, it worked great and I am highly satisfied. For the longer description, read on. The pockets and compartments worked great to hold everything I needed and the adjustment straps kept the vest close to me and comfortable while running 20+ trail miles and going in and out of mud and water very frequently. The only thing I noticed was that the front pouches used to hold the water bottles would hold a bit of water when submerged with me. I just had to squeeze them out to empty the water. This speaks for the seals as well on the rest of the vest. While some water would get in, the main compartment was pretty well sealed up with the zipper, that I never noticed an excess water sloshing around. So it either kept the water out or drained what water did get in. I had a 2 Liter bladder that I purchased separately from this vest quite a while ago. When checking things out, I noticed this was a bit big for the vest, but would still fit. I think the optimum size would be a 1.5 Liter bladder. Also note that the bladder attachment, which is velcro, is a single loop in the center. My 2 liter bladder was made for 2 loops, one on each side. I could still make it work, but wanted to let others know in case they were looking to use a bladder purchased separately as well. This is a great vest at a great price point and I'd recommend it for people looking for an option to the $100+ vests that are sold by the name brand companies.

Excellent Running Vest (Zippers stick) (Color Bleeds)
I absolutely love this running vest, it fits me perfectly and has multiple pockets for iPhone XR, small wallet, eye glasses, running fuel, mylar blanket... whatever you want with you for loner runs I use this pack solely for running, I have larger packs for hiking PROS: fits securely & does not bounce when running / easily accommodates 2L badder / plenty of storage pockets / storage pockets accessible while running / easy to adjust / does not chafe IF pack weight is well balanced CONS: color bleeds (not too terribly & the color that bled on my lighter colored clothes has easily washed out) / Zippers stick (this issue really got bad after 6 months or regular use) the zipper quality is not great, I have found rubbing the zippers with wax paper helped a bit) Overall I love this pack, but I am reluctant to buy another because of the zipper issues. I have since bought other running packs that just do not fit as well and chafe or bounce (either of which are unacceptable), I will probably purchase again but in the neutral color. I would recommend against buying the pink or blue packs. Pictures are after 7 months of heavy use

Good for long runs
This is one of those rare products that feels like it was designed by the people who actually participate in the sport it is intended to be used in. It's got plenty of pockets, lots of doodads to keep things from bouncing around, and multiple ways to fine-tune the fit. It is very easy to carry a lot of water and organize phones, keys, and gels. That said, I noticed a couple of things that could be adjusted a bit: -The tube for the bladder is VERY long. I had problems with it rubbing against my neck and shoulders. I think I can fix this by using a sewing machine to add some velcro to the straps. -The sound of the water bouncing around in the bladder can be annoying especially as you drink more. However, I think this is going to be an issue with any hydration bladder. -The biggest drawback--the whole vest tends to "ride up" a little bit during long runs. I have to choose between this, and tightening the chest straps so much that they become restrictive. I think this might be something to do with me being large-chested, but I'm not sure what the solution is at the moment. All in all though, this is a very good product, and what it offers are enough to balance out its very slight problems.

Excellent vest for running, cycling, hiking.
Excellent vest for outdoor activities. I have used this vest on several occasions (cycling and running) and have only one minor issue. Since I will mainly use it for running, I found that when I do run, my hands will hit/rub against the water bottles which are located in the front of the vest. I don't know if this is really a knock on the vest since I do tend to run with my hands close to my side/chest. It wasn't significant, but enough of an issue for me to buy a CamelBak 1.5L bladder to put in the rear and leave the water bottles at home. The water bottles were also only 8.5 oz, so they were really not enough for me during my long runs. If you tend to run with your hands close to your chest/sides, I would probably opt for a bladder instead of the bottles. I now use the front pocket which are designed for the water bottles for snacks/nutrition. There are numerous pockets in the front which are easily accessible and one of them fits my IPhone SE. As explained above, I use the others for snacks/nutrition for my long runs and bike rides. There is also a very large rear compartment where you can put a water bladder as mentioned above along with larger items such as keys, wallet, etc. One feature I really liked is the front straps also move up and down, allowing you to find the most comfortable spot on your body. The vest is really lightweight and once you adjust the straps to fit your body correctly, it does not move or bounce around. It did take a little getting used to, especially since I have never worn a vest while exercising, but once I did, I have not had any problems/issues. You will have to play with the straps a little to find the perfect fit. I found if I put them too tight, it would hamper my breathing and if it was too loose, it would bounce around a little. However, the straps are easy to adjust, even while exercising. Would definitely buy this again, but as described above, would get a bladder instead of the bottles. This is a personal preference and really is more of an issue with my running style than the product I believe.

More than satisfied, great vest and bladder.
I love this vest. I have run a marathon and more than a dozen half marathons with it. Bladder works well, and so does the bite valve. No problems to date, it’s been 6 months. It has been washed in the machine without issue. I would highly recommend to anyone, and I will purchase again if anything happens to the one I have. More than satisfied. Doesn’t move around, very adjustable, quiet, no leaks, plenty of pockets/ storage.

Lightweight and slim.
Product came as described. Good. Useful for me when distance paddling. I bought this (black with fluorescent green accents) because of the slimness of the vest. And it isn’t cumbersome at all! This one came with one 500 ml gel water bottle. Which fits perfectly into the front pockets. I am able to sip water right from the bottle with a straw (that was not included.) Versus sipping from a tube connected to a water bladder. Which this vest has that option to use with the zipper pocket in the back. Also, handy that it has to a tiny (about 1”) plastic whistle attached to it in the front, and the fluorescent accents. Just make sure to look and choose the correct vest. As there are multiple combinations. Some with and without the water bladder. Some with the gel pack. Some just the vest only. This one came with a 500ml/17oz. gel water bottle. So I also ordered another bottle and the straw. That I can put into the other pocket (there are one on each side in the front). It helps to have the small open pockets at the bottom front, on both sides. For small stuff like gels, your key. The vest appears to be water resistant. I have yet to wear it in the ocean. Not sure if it is waterproof? I would buy it again.

Bad bladder, great backpack.
Pros: Fit great, lightweight, sturdy, lots of storage. The backpack is great. Cons: difficult to close, mouthpiece leaked after one use. The bladder sucked. Basically i plan to ditch the bladder for a better one, but the actually backpack was great.
