Immediate reimbursement
I have an under desk pedaler that I purchased in November 2024 and recently it started making noise and getting harder to pedal. At the time I had also purchased the Asurion 2 yr extended warranty so I filed an online claim. Immediately they approved the claim and deposited into my Amazon account a full refund for the pedaler. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Hasslefree process
Asurion made the whole process very easy and painless. AllState / SquareTrade could learn from Asurion. I will always be signing up for the warranty with Asurion for all items that offer the protection on Amazon.

Glitches
Website has all types of mysterious glitches that prevents one from successfully submitting a claim. Chat system doesnt work either. Very strange. I had to call to file my claim. Very time draining.
