Personal Comfort is the best
What a great bed for a great price. And the customer service department expedited my shipment as requested.

NOT really comfy, not user friendly
I've been sleeping on this bed for about 2 years now. I didn't particularly like it when I got it, and I like it even less now. I slept on another brand of air-core adjustable bed for 10 years and loved it, so that's not the problem. From the start, this bed felt hard and unwelcoming no matter what "number" I used. I had to add first one, then a second foam pad to give it a comfy, cushy feel. The controls are really annoying. You press the "down" button to make the mattress softer: the bed thinks about it for a while, then lets out a little air and stops. It thinks some more, lets out more air. You push the stop button, then it lets out more air. You push the stop button again. The BRIGHT light stays on for a minute or so, and you hold your breath until it goes out and you know the bed is done adjusting. Or maybe it decides to let out all the air, and you wake up to a flat bed. And if the power goes out, that BRIGHT light comes on when the power does, waking me up. The light stays on until I press the "use" button. Fortunately, the bed holds air just fine without power. My old bed controls were much simpler; the pump or air release ran as long as you held the button down. It didn't have numbers, but that was OK because you could feel what was comfortable. Air temperature affects the firmness of the mattress; the bed doesn't automatically adjust for that. I set the bed to 37, then the temperature drops; the air in the bed contracts and the mattress gets too soft (and my back hurts). Now my bed is at 27, and I have to add air. The weather heats up, the bed gets too hard (and my hip hurts), and I have to let air out. It's designed to allow you to reset to your chosen number, but the screen on my control no longer works, so I have no idea what the number is. (My husband's control screen still works). So why didn't I keep my old bed? My husband wanted to switch from a queen to a king. The other manufacturer didn't make kings. That old queen mattress, now 12 years old, is still working out well in the guest room.

Smells like dead fish. Sending this bad immediately.
Not as advertised. Smells like dead fish. I just want this thing out of my house. My wife can not breath around it. Stay away...

This was a great buy but careful, this price does not include the box springs.
we'd owned a sleep number bed for years. This one has a wire to the remote and one size has to be inflated every night. However, We're sold on these type of beds and wouldn't have any other kind.
