Roller Shutter Remote Control for Jolly or Link AE0901 AE0900 AE0900L EPROG Red AE0900 and AE0901 Transmitter Fob

I've tried other fobs in the past, that didn't work with my type of garage door. Replacements from the door suppliers seemed very pricey! Found this one by doing a Google Image search, thought it was worth a punt but wasn't expecting much. It arrived quicker than expected, really easy to code from existing fob, and works a treat. I ordered a second one straight away. Can't speak for the longevity of the fob, but feels the same level of quality that the previous ones we've had.

This Remote garage door control was easy to set up and it works. So good, I purchased a spare as well! They both came promptly, without instructions, but I had them from the old broken control. The instructions are easily available online.

I needed a genuine replacement fob for the older red coloured casing one as the non genuine ones available would not have fitted into the wall holder slot. This was very simple to code using the old red transmitter fob. There are instructions supplied. The easiest way if you have a working old fob is to place the old and new fob close to each other on a flat surface. Then put the end of a paper clip into the small hole on the front of the fob and press for one second. The old fob beeps. Immediately press the first button on the new fob. The red light will flash and the new fob will beep. Repeat for button two. The new fob should now be coded. If you don't have an old working fob refer to the instructions which can also be found on the Internet.

I bought this item as we needed a spare garage remote control. Once it arrived, I put off actually doing the programming, as to be honest, I didn't expect it to work. I read the instructions and although it sounded simple enough, I was still bothered. However, I called up a YouTube video to watch and it really is so simple and takes just a minute to program. I am now a very happy owner of a working spare remote.

They work well but the buttons give problems after a while. They have upgraded with a newer version

Literally up and working in less than a minute. Copied code off remote and worked straight away. Should have purchased ages ago instead of repairing broken unit. Well pleased.
