Good unit
These are great closers. Too bad they shipped me the wrong color. We decided we could deal with it rather than waiting to return it and get another so we could get our door closing today.

Exact fit for my need!
Replaced a 30+ year old closer, after researching based on stamped model number. This Norton fit perfectly into existing mounting bracket, making installation extremely easy. Instructions were easy to follow & understandable. Final door close adjustment was simple. Would definitely recommend.

Poor instructions
Great item, poor instructions. If mounting parallel you need to use a second wrench to "load" the spring, that little piece of input would have saved hours.

Norton Door Closer - Industry Standard
We have multiple door closers installed over our three school campuses. Norton is the industry standard. This was the perfect replacement for a unit that was installed when our building was built in 1982. Excellent instructional video available to orient the installer to complete the perfect adjustment.
