Th hair clipper is with very good quality. Cutting nice and equal, equipped with plastic box. There is lock function. Perfect for travellers.

Still going strong after 2.5 years of regular fortnightly use. These clippers are impressively robust and reliable – they still look new. Even the lightweight plastic case is holding up. They're quiet, light, and the battery lasts ages for regular trimming. Plus, replacement heads are surprisingly cheap and easy to find from Babyliss (though swapping them is a bit fiddly and not covered in the manual). Perfect for my size 2-4 haircuts and tidying eyebrows with the size 1 guide.

These are really decent clippers. They give a good cut, missing only the odd hair on the first 'pass' (my previous ones needed 4 or 5 passes to get every hair) so I would say they are really sharp. There's loads of guides provided however the shortest is 3mm. I like it shorter so was nervous about using it without a guide, but I needn't have been. Didn't cut myself once and I have quite a lumpy head! They're a nice weight, not too heavy that they become uncomfortable to hold but not too light that they feel like a toy. The case isn't "premium" and is made from a lighter plastic, the insert is really flimsy. Fine for storage but not necessarily any good if you intend to travel around with them. Attaching and removing combs is really easy, and unlike other brands you don't feel like the comb will snap as you're trying to fit/remove it. The only negatives are that they do get hot, after 10 mins of use they were quite warm and not gliding over my skin quite as smoothly. Also they're not waterproof so cleaning is a bit more of a chore, and I can see a couple of hairs in-between the blades that the brush can't reach. Overall I'm really pleased with them. I'd rate them 4.5/5 if it were an option. Giving them 4 stars feels harsh but they're not a 'perfect' 5.

I purchased these clippers to replace a set of Phillips clippers that were still in good working order, I had my eye on these for a while but didn't want to pay £100 for a pair of clippers so I jumped at them when they were offered at £64.99 back in November. I have used them for several months now and think they are worth £100 all day long, the clippers are heavier than the Phillips clippers but are not heavy enough to be uncomfortable in use and it's that reassuring weight that comes from a well put together premium product, everything about the clippers feels good quality the materials used for the body, the click of the taper control, the finish, the Japanese steel blades all add to the feeling of a high quality product, I charged the clippers as instructed before the first use and allow them to almost fully discharge before re-charging and the battery life is excellent, I cut my hair using the lowest 0.6mm setting 2-3 times per week and a full charge lasts around 6-8 weeks, what's more I'm never worried about running out of charge mid cut as the digital screen tells me how much cut time I have remaining, there's also a 20 minute quick charge for 20 minutes use that I have never had to use. I don't use the blade guards but I have tried them and they are easy to fit and remove, the carrying case doesn't quite feel up to the quality of the clippers but it allows me to store everything neatly and protects the clippers. I would buy these clippers again, which is something I wouldn't say about the Phillips clippers, the Phillips clippers did cut closer at 0.5mm but the BaByliss clippers cut better so I don't need as many passes and I enjoy using them far more.

Started to have my haircut at home during lockdown and first clippers bought were a cheap set as I didn't expect the lockdown to last as long as it did or my wife to be so good at cutting my hair. So I decided to invest in something a bit better (hopefully) and did a fair bit of research and looking around before settling on these. I had my choices narrowed down to these or two lithium battery powered clippers from Wahl but neither of them were available from Amazon at a decent price or direct from Wahl themselves. I am certainly not disappointed with my choice and I wasn't paying more than I needed to. These come with all the size attachments I will need (there are 8 of them, they are marked in mm as well as BaByliss own size number). Fit nicely in the hand due to the size and shape plus are not too heavy or too light. Attachments go on and off easily and the digital display shows how many minutes cutting time you have left. Blade is removable for cleaning and replacing if necessary. Instead of the normal style of clipper which may have a taper swith on the side of the clippers these have a dial which locks the taper length (has 5 settings ranging from 0.6mm up to 3mm). These can cut hair with the attachments fom 3mm up to 28mm. I have only used these (my wife actually) twice to cut my hair but the difference in how sharp these are and there is no need to go back over areas twice as these do the job first time. It is important to note than it is recommended that before use you charge these fully. It can take up to 3 hours but while charging there is the runtime plus a little clockface on the display. The clockface symbol flashes when its charging and stops when it is full (it remains lit). The runtime is a maximum of 160mins. Came with a 3 year warranty which is more than most and less than some others.

Good clipper, had it a year or so & i've not had to charge it yet. Gives a good clean shave too.

Well made clippers

Das Gerät an sich läuft gut, ist vernünftig verarbeitet und liegt gut in der Hand. Jedoch dauerte die Lieferung sehr lang. Nach dem Auspacken war der Grund klar: Es scheint aus einem Nicht-EU-Land geliefert worden zu sein, denn das Steckerteil ist kein Euro-Stecker. In der Produktbeschreibung fehlt der Hinweis.

9 months and the battery only lasts 5 minutes! Such a disappointment for a reputable brand!
