I stopped cooking fish on the grill many years ago after the salmon caught on fire when I was hosting people over for dinner (yikes)! I went to an event recently and the host grilled delicious salmon on these grill mats. They are fantastic! The fish comes out perfectly and the mat cleans easily for re-use. Someone in another review suggested using non-stick cooking spray but the mat actually was easier to clean when I put the fish directly on it. Highly recommended!

Thank god , no more things dripping in my grill. Serves as perfect cooking surface and I checked it chemical composition. It’s safe to use and reuse at least 3-4 times after cleaning.

Worked great snd cleaned easily. At the price , if the mst is too coated, I feel that I can throw it away. I used one mat 4 times and it cracked, so it got tossed without a wash. Bought for a friend, too.

Very good using these on a grill as everything cooks well and almost no clean up.

if you don't use pam or grill style high heat pam on each side, you can end up with food and sauce stains that don't come out. pam allows easy rinse and wipe off cleaning. Mats keeps chicken from flaring up and meat is moist and tender. I also use one side of grill with matt to bring my steaks up to a starting heat with no flames under the mats on one side and burners on the other side of grill. then most steaks only take about 2 min 15 seconds a side turning two to three times. i take off at 134 heat and let set covered a few min for perfectly pink medium rare steaks.
