They work like the genuine product, click in and hold perfectly, and now I have one of these everywhere to keep it charged without having left the cord behind.

Works great but only lasts 6 months or so. My wife and I both have the forerunner and we have to buy new charger cables at least once per year.

At first I was happy I got these cables for my Garmin 955 solar instead of buying extra from Garmin at much higher cost. They seemed to work (good thing as I lost the original Garmin one). However, in the last month, the connection on both of these cables started to become unreliable (i.e., sometimes connecting/charging, sometimes not, almost as if the cable was damaged/became loose). It got worse and worse until I threw them both away. I tried my wife's original cable that came with her 945. Worked perfectly (and charged noticeably faster than these cables, even when they were working). I ordered, and just got a replacement from Garmin. Worked perfectly (and charged quickly).

It is important to confirm that such cables actually fit and work with the intended device. Several products have feedback stating a certain vendor's offering does not work with their device. I confirm that these (2) cables do attach and charge my Garmin Forerunner 945.

Both immediately stopped working after less than 10 uses
