Replaced the old light tubes. Lasted about a year. Longevity is iffy, but replacements tubes are not too expensive.

Good warranty support.
I ordered 3 sets of these t8 UV 13" bulbs in December 2020. When I went to use them in June 2021 only one bulb would work. I contacted the company and provided pictures and they sent 3 new sets of bulbs which are now working. Very good customer support from this company. It seems difficult for these fragile bulbs to make it through the USPS/UPS/Fed Ex delivery processes.

5 out of 6 broken upon arrival
These are absolute garbage. I've ordered before as they are the one's that fit my bug zapper. Same Chinese manufacturer of bulbs. Typically a 50% out of the box failure rate, so I order extras. This time 5 out of 6 bulbs, right out of the box, had something rattling around inside and were dead when put into the zapper. They do a decent job of packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap and suspended on the ends by foam. Boxes in perfect condition. I believe they are made so cheaply that they cannot deal with the vibrations and handling during shipping from China. I will look for a whole new bug zapper before going through the hassle of dealing with these bulbs again.

Went to work immediately!
Barely installed these and turned the unit on, when it immediately began zapping bugs. I replaced old bulbs and plugged this in at around 9pm, and by 10pm it had already zapped about 12 bugs. My previous bulbs just didn't zap at the same rate, maybe once or twice every 3 - 5 hours indoors? Not these. I don't know what the main difference is with the different bulbs? But I could tell right away the new bulbs are definitely brighter. I gave this only 3 stars in the Noise Level category, because zapping bulbs are loud. They make a loud ZIP-POP sound that I'm sure you're familiar with. Sound is kind of a silly thing to review. You know it's doing its job when it zaps.

Blowing bulbs
I have been buying these light bulbs since I have had the bug zapper. The bulbs do not seem to last as long as they once did. Blows out much sooner than before.
