Really nice option for my daughter's stuffed animals. She can store them easily and in very little space (like a closet) and not have to invest in rows of storage bins. The included pump is great, too--no need to get out the vacuum.

Needed storage bags and these fit the bill. Have only needed to use one so far. The size was exactly what we needed. Not difficult to use, performed as it should. Plastic material is adequate. No air escape after a month. Seems like it will provide good protection. Made storage of items easy.

Works great for compressing bulky items, and protected my clothes. They came out smelling fresh. The pump is easy to use. I really put these bags through a trial by fire, and so far only one has ripped. It tore up at the top of the bag (no clothes were harmed) as I was putting it away. Handle them with more care than I did, and don’t let them snag on stuff and you should be good.

These worked exactly as described and retain their compression, which a lot of bags do not! I bought the jumbo 6 pack. The jumbo size very easily accomodated a full size down comforter. I put a big poofy wedding dress in another bag and, again, could have easily added more items to both bags. This item came with a hand pump, but I picked up a little plug in hand vacuum and used that and it worked perfectly. The bags sealed easily and I was able to suction the air out to get the bags almost completely flat. I also liked how secure the twist/snap on valve is. It actually does have 3 "layers" to keep air from getting out. After buying some Magic Bags and being really disappointed when they either wouldn't compress, or leaked, I researched a lot before buying these bags and have not been disappointed

These Amazon Basics compression bags have been so helpful for travel and home storage. I use them for clothes, bedding, and seasonal items and they make everything take up way less space than normal. I bought these for the abundance of comforters and blankets that I have. I had two shelves that I was able to size down to a handleable size. I didn't try the hand punp. I used my vacume and sucked the air out of the bags. It worked great. These bags were just as good as the brand name ones to me. I love how they hold all they do. I was able to get one comforter (twin) and at least 3 blankets in one back with room to spare. They're so easy to use and move around as needed.

I think for the price, it works fine. But the construction of the button to twist and turn can pop out on its own, plus the clip to help it zip properly can come off easily too. It can be a hassle to actually seal the bag then vacuum it, but it works if you can get it to work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I try to always shop for the best price point against other similar items. In comparison, this selection led the pack. Storage capacity: Please note that the size of these bags are primarily for comforters, etc. At first thought, I believed they would be too much for my plan to pack a carry-on suitcase. I gave it a try, realizing I only needed a fraction of the bag, which allowed me to add a few more pieces ;-). All done, there was literally room for twice more. I drew the air out, folded it in half, and was able to fit the bag in the suitcase with ease. Even letting the air out to grab a few pieces, left enough air for the bag to remain in the suitcase. The point is to acknowledge that the air does not escape as does a balloon. I highly recommend buying this item, as it is great for storage. Understandably, the more you add the more the bag weighs. However, it's easy enough to lift into place. This is an alternative use; but if you have a few loads of clothes to take to the laundry, each bag would handle a load deflated. I would imagine how easy it would be to pack a few bags in the trunk for washing. Wipe them out before adding the clean items back. And, voila! That's really taking a load off. I was super pleased, not only with the amount of clothes the bags hold; but, I was glad for the concept that literally held double the amount in a carry-on suitcase. I used a vacuum to deflate the bag. I presume a blow dryer would work as well, prolly better for hygienic reasons. If you're doing a return trip it is important to have a tool to re-deflate the bags. Let's just say, the hand tool will give you quite a workout; but, may be easiest for carry-ons. Lastly, I love these bags. They are great quality. They are a great value!

This is a very useful and good product. Helpful white travelling to get things compact . Also for storage , this saves a lot of space and esp useful for humid places which will protect the clothes against mold etc . The covers are of good quality and durable . Auction power of the hand pump is good and very easy to do

Muy buenas variedad de tamaños. El plástico es grueso y resistente. Funcionó muy bien con mi aspiradora. Estoy muy complacida de la compra, ahorre muchísimo espacio.

El pedido llegó rápido y en excelentes condiciones. Las bolsas por su parte, son muy amplias y realmente les cabe mucho. Las instrucciones de uso son realmente fáciles, la bomba para sacar el aire funciona perfectamente y es fácil de usar, solo que si es más fácil y rápido hacerlo con una aspiradora. Consideren que al ser el tamaño Jumbo, la bolsa es algo ancha, por lo que no cabe en todos los closets, sobre todo en la parte de arriba, solo es cosa de medir. Son una excelente opción, las recomiendo y ya estoy viendo los demás tamaños. ACTUALIZACIÓN: El material al ser plástico puede sufrir de pequeñas rasgaduras que hacen que pierda el sellado al vacio. Esto solo pasa si no se tiene cuidado al manipularlas o guardarlas, solo tengan cuidado al momento de usarlas y prevean que el espacio en donde las vayan a acomodar no haya algún elemento que pueda provocar lo que anteriormente comenté. Las aberturas que se hicieron en una de las bolsas fueron demasiado pequeñas, apenas perceptibles, lo que hice para solucionarlo y me funcionó bien, fue ponerles diures por dentro y por fuera, con eso quedó. Siguen siendo una buena compra.
