The package arrives in 3 to 4 parts but it hardly takes 15 minutes to assemble the bench without any professional help. It is a flat bench so we can perform various workouts even flat bench press using barbell or dumbell. I'm able to perform benchpress of 65 to 70kgs on it. The bench is stable and can easily take this much load. The cushioning on bench is thick which makes the user feel comfortable whether he/she is performing a workout while sitting on it or lying flat on it. After many tries on Amazon, contending with flimsy benches suitable for short, slim people, finally a solid one for men. Bench height is perfect, your feet get planted stably on the ground, pad width is good (though it could have used another inch for really broad backs), colour, fit and finish is good, construction and design is of quality -- except may be the pad, which could have used a better material for the price. Still, overall, very satisfied.

I use it in the gym! Rexin material used for the bench top is not good quality and it is already crumpling. Pls let me know what can be done about it! Thank you

Seat base has extended supports which brings durability. Easy to assemble and all tools available. Scratches were visible but fine it's a tough made in India product.

As it is not stainless steel I would like to return the product as the price looks more for me as I thought it was stainless steel I ordered I would like the company to take back the product and return my money

Best gym flat bench. But price should have been lower. I paid ₹5499. Bench looks super professional and strong 💪
