potent. I was taking 2 caps a day for some time and noticed I started bleeding more, now I just take 1 cap. It's effective and if you log your behavior you will notice changes over time while using this supplement over time. I take a lot of blood thinners already so 2 pills (240mg) is a lot of gingko IMO. 120mg is more than enough for most people, do your own research high quality good cost
