I've had my set for three months now, and I am glad to report that they're just as pretty now as the day I took them out of the box. They've been through the dishwasher countless times: the finish is still perfect, the patterns are completely intact. No fading, no crazing, nada. No chips or scratches on the finish despite regular use and washing. I could not ask for better. Our friends love our silverware--it's unique and cool, looks just like the images you see here, and it's held up very well in every way. If you want expensive-looking, unique place settings, these are a fantastic choice.

Some very minor scuffs and dings from the manufacturer, but nothing that ruins the quality on the flatware. Gives each piece its own character. Over all I am very satisfied. The flatware is exactly what I was looking for. Its very solid and sturdy and better than anything I've bought at Walmart. I included a picture of the stuff on one handle and a minor ding on another. These are honestly the worst two out of the two sets I purchased. Everything came in its own plastic sleeve and each set rubber banded together. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend these flatwares. ~UPDATE~ Okay, it has now been roughly 2 months since I bought these and they are still holding up great! Absolutely no issues running them through the dish washer. The first is has stayed intact. I am still very pleased and happy with my purchase. And they go great with my black stoneware dishes. ~UPDATE~ It has now been 2 years since I bought these. Still holding up great. I've noticed the finish is degrading on the knives from use, and on the edges of the spoons from scraping bowls, plates etc. But otherwise still in great condition and I plan I buying more.

I’ll start off by saying this silverware set is beautiful. I truly love it so far. It’s heavy duty, with a nice clean black matte finish, and it just looks good. Haven’t had any issues with the coating coming off (yet, I’m skeptical still) With that being said, here is my issue: CHECK EACH PIECE UPON ARRIVAL FOR DAMAGE— The packaging needs major help. Each utensil is packaged in its own plastic bag and rubber banded to its like utensils. The problem with this is that when it’s shipped, the silverware bangs around in the box so much (we all know how packages are mistreated) that by the time it gets to you it’s scratched up and damaged because there’s no cushion around the sharp ends of the forks or knives, and they scratch against the spoons pretty aggressively. I’ve received 2 sets that I’ve had to ask for replacements, which I went through and made sure I had a full 20 pieces that weren’t damaged or I switched out what was. This isn’t cheap silverware (although not extremely expensive) so accepting even the slightest scratch is not going to happen.... So all in all, if it isn’t damaged it’s great! Protective packaging would be a plus!

Love the silverware set. It looks just like the picture. The brush gold/matte gold is excellent and the durability is great.

These are so pretty. Perfect blend of modern and minimalist, with a touch of farmhouse industrial ! Super versatile and well made. The only downside is the water marks you can see when you don’t wipe them dry. And if you’re not a psychopath like me - this won’t bother you at all.

These were nice at first but they spot very easily. I’ve hand washed and put them in the dishwasher and with either they leave spots it’s annoying and I won’t be buying them in gold like I planned
