I think it helps my endometriosis symptoms. I usually have a brutal period every month. It's not too bad after taking this supplement. I don't need to take otc pain killers anymore.

I have had chronic recurring bowel obstructions from adhesions caused by post surgical scar tissue. This condition was debilitating for years and years, causing me terrible pain and the inability to maintain a healthy bodyweight. I had to be on liquid diets for weeks at a time. They are so infrequent now I can't really remember the exact day I last had one! iSerra has helped break down the scar tissue and adhesions in my abdomen so I can eat again! I've maintained a health bodyweight for months as a result. I don't know what iEnzymes does to create such a superior product, but I am immensely grateful.

I've had degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis in my hips and lower back for a while now. I had started taking another brand of serrapeptase in lower doses and it wasn't doing anything for me so I stopped altogether. Then I saw a few testimonials on YouTube about using high doses and what it did for them so I bought yet another brand that I misread and thought was 250 k per capsule. It wasn't - it was per dose of 2 capsules. So again I wasn't taking enough. In order for me to get the dose I wanted, I would have had to take 16 pills per day. You can see how I'd be spending a fortune on that particular brand! So I finally found the ISerra brand and the difference was stunning! My joint pain went from a consistent 7 out of 10 sharp pain, to a 4 in dull ache - all within a few days! I'm taking 1 million SPU twice per day and it's finally the right dose for me. And this bottle of serrapeptase is half the price per dose of the other brand. I bought this to help with recovery from cosmetic surgery & to heal scar tissue in my shoulder from an old accident. I’ve noticed my healing is going very smoothly with no issues, and my shoulder is slowly feeling less stiff. I know these things take time & I plan to update my review after several months of use. So far - impressed! The product quality is very high.

This product has been a life saver I will be taking this regularly. I had corrective cosmetic surgery at the beginning of August that was quite extensive to remove fibrosis from previous lipo. I am extremely happy with my surgery outcome but I do wish I was taking this product sooner, not only to help me heal from surgery but also for delayed muscle soreness from the gym. Almost right away in taking serrapeptase I noticed a big reduction in swelling and tightness in my fascia tissue. I also feel it has helped my lymphatic system drain better and I physically see a difference in how much better my skin looks it’s so soft & smooth. I have also noticed since I started going back to the gym after surgery that this product has helped reduce muscle soreness which is amazing cause leg day hurts. I am also stage four endometriosis and this product even helped with the swelling and pain I typically experience with that I didn’t even get endo belly like I usually do. I will definitely keep taking this product as long as I can.

So far, so good! Much more effective than the lower potency brand that I was using prior to iSerra, though I did notice good effects from that supplement as well. I think high dosages are necessary for long term chronic stuff. My sinuses are incredibly clear after just a few days at 500,000spu once a day. I'm planning to add another dose in the next day or two. The scars on my knees from old surgeries are disappearing and my joints feel good. I've had numerous traumatic injuries from ski racing and chronic injuries due to endurance running that used to make me hobble around after short runs or steep hikes. Since starting serrapeptase a couple months ago the chronic pain I've endured is at least 50% improved. Hoping for continued benefits with adhesions around an old spine injury (fractured L1) as well as breaking up biofilms in the gut and other places due to chronic infections and cyst reduction. I also feel a general reduction in overall inflammation, including improved skin tone, less bloating, environmental allergens, etc. I'm planning to stick with high doses for the next 4-6 months. Love this stuff!
