Excellent SBP and seems to work as described

Perfect Match for us ! I have an adult autistic son who has suffered from gut issues all his life . At 30, we have tried so many things throughout his life. We used lifted SBO many times years back. We were amazed at how it helped! However, we were talked into trying something different because at that time, our son was in a group home setting. Our son has Returned home and we decided to go back and try lifted SBO again because his stomach problems continued. Nothing short of amazing, can I say how much it has made a difference already. I've been on a long healing journey that started after I had surgery and was treated with multiple rounds of antibiotics and NSAIDs. Between bouts of SIBO, histamine reactivity, skin rashes, and candida that wouldn't go away, I've tried almost every remedy I could find out there. And yes, I've seen a gastroenterologist, a colorectal doc, and my own family doctor only to get a vague diagnosis and suggestions for MORE antibiotics. I've had to spend days doing my own research. Thankfully, I found these specialized probiotics -- which came to my attention while I was looking for histamine-free supplements. Over the past several weeks, I've tried three of these mood-lifting probiotics and so far, this one has been the most successful for me. I read that one of the strains included in this one is very helpful for lowering blood pressure, too, which is another selling point for me in addition to digestive health. I had no idea -- until I tried these -- that gut health influenced SO MANY other health conditions. Customer service for these products is also wonderful, with the owner of the company willing to answer questions quickly. I have so much to learn, and she has been very patient with me. Most of all, these products work and I'm already experiencing improved digestive health and well as overall mood lifting. Thank you!

Product caused severe constipation, brain fog, and bloating. Don't think I can continue this any longer. I have IBS-D so I thought this would be the best option for me but I literally just go once a day now and it's so hard to let it out. I had tons of benefits from the Mood Super Strains however which I used before this. EDIT - I contacted Lifted afterwards and they're happy to send out a Mood Super Strains. What a great company! I'll forever be a customer for life now.

I have had bouts of stomach issues in the past month despite I have eaten a lot of home made fermented food like kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut but somehow histamines from those food caused trouble in the past month that never happened before but I also had bouts of loose stools which further diminished my gut flora. I started to have sleep issue and felt anxiety coming back. My intuition says I need to optimize my gut flora so I was looking at the bacteria from the soil.....within one day or two, my stomach calmed down after I ate all the lacto fermented food as usual and no gas, no overactive bowl and I started to have normal stools. What is amazing is that I feel calm, content and no anxiety in the night. I was quite surprised that the SBO makes a huge difference! I have faith in the company and the founder seems to have done her/his research and mostly, it works for me. I am grateful to find that missing link in my gut health. Will definitely recommend this to my family.

Great product

This may be a very good product but reading the label I worried about a strain of probiotic I'd never seen before that promised mood modification. I should have researched it better.

Super sensitive to probiotics and I’ve orders these twice and so very well with them.
