I work as a trim carpenter and have used wonderbars and the like to lift doors for years. Client brought one of these. I tried it and bought one. I'm not sure what else to say other than it works very well, is a great value, and helps keep the job to a one man exercise.

Great product, great price. Works as intended

Our exterior door won't properly close or lock in summer and always a big hassle, but works fine in winter. This works awesome and solved out problem at a great price. Wish I found it years ago.

Not bad for the price. I just finished using this tool to hang 140 vynal doors. Each door was 95 lbs. I would often have to place a 3/4" pc. of trim under this tool to get the lift hieght correct, but that's an issue with the threshold, not the tool. After 140 doors, it's done. The base hole has opened up to much. The tool just falls over. Having said that, there is nothing else that I have found that works as well. It needs a stronger base and solid pins. That would help it last much longer and lift more weight. The pins you could do yourself. The base? Not sure. I would by it again if stronger and I would pay alot for it. Hint, hint...

The whole thing is small and loosely built. It has too much play in the joints that cause the door lift plate to tilt forward and the door slips off every time. Could easily pull veneer off the door and damage it beyond repair.

Used to lift heavy shed doors into position for hinge attachment. Ground was slightly irregular. The lift piece could benefit from non-skid surface treatment. Doors tended to slide off the lift.

I bought this to help lift and adjust a few doors in my mother’s house that were catching on the frames, and it worked brilliantly. The tool feels good quality and well made, with a solid build that gives confidence when using it under load. It’s simple to use but very effective, and I can see it lasting a long time with regular DIY use. For the price, the value for money is excellent considering how much effort it saves. A really handy tool to have if you ever work with doors or panels.
