RFID Blocking Card Holder and Gift Box – Compact and Slim Wallet – Minimalist Card Wallet (Charlie Collection)

I am very happy with the Blocking Card Holder, I took it out the other day for the first time, to test it and I am very pleased with it, it’s very well made and holds my credit cards x2, one ID card and a couple of notes very snug and safe, the bag it comes with is also useful as a money pouch to hold coins or keys, the Card Holder clipped onto the waist band of my shorts, which are very thin materiel, but the card holder stayed in place all day without any issues, I could also feel it next to my skin, but it was not Uncomfortable but reassuring to know that it was still there, there is no way anyone could take it without me knowing, the leather feel is very nice, and made from real leather so it will last a long time, it also has a coating to protect it from dirt or moisture, I particularly liked the function of the pull cord, when you pull the pull cord the credit cards pop up but are still safely secure in the wallet, and just enough is showing to use the wireless pay on your credit card, or you can take them out and use them in an ATM, once you’re done they slide back in and down into the card hold again, and are very safe and secure once more, I had no issues with the card holder all day, and I could do everything I wanted to without any issues with the card holder, I am very pleased to have it, it will be a very valued part of my travels from now on thank you.

This is excellent and for the price I was blown away by the presentation. It is truly minimalist ive got 4 cards and driving license and its very thin. It can take more but be a squeeze. The chocolate is chocolate, its a lovely colour. My last one was tan from someone else and cost more, I prefer this 1. My input would be the clip is not sealed in it can come out if u pull at it, so dont let the kids get a hold of it!! Otherwise, i recommend it and I'll probably by another one when this comes to its end.

I have been using this wallet for a couple of weeks now, and it is perfect for what I need - just carrying around a couple of payment cards and ID cards. It is stylish, feels nice, and is easy to use, and much more compact than my old bifold wallet which I didn’t need. My only withdrawal is that I bought it to leave many of my cards at home, however I have found that when carrying under 7 cards the wallet is not full and therefore the cards fall out if turned upside down, so I have ditched my disused cards but only to replace them with space-holders to stop my main ones from falling out.

Very good quality and just what I wanted since it’s nice and compact and ideal for carrying cards and tickets.

The AKIELO Charlie is my ideal wallet. Compared to the huge, bulky bifolds that I used to carry with me which were very uncomfortable in my front pocket, the Charlie is incredibly slim. I carry 11 cards around with me in it (1 embossed, 10 flat), with 4 in the central pop-up section, 3 in the front portrait slot and 4 in the back pouch. The design is clean and modern, and the coated leather material is very hard-wearing and durable, and has darkened and become smoother over time. The RFID protection offers me peace of mind, too. I’ve been carrying the Charlie around with me daily for a good few months now and it has held up perfectly. The slots have stretched to accommodate my desired number of cards, yet it is still so slim that it is not noticeable when in my front pocket. The pull tab mechanism is very reliable - much more so than the spring-loaded alternatives I have used in the past, which I find eventually break. Finally, the customer care from AKIELO is some of the best I have ever experienced, which gives me ever more confidence in their brand. If you’re looking for a minimalist leather wallet, I recommend this wholeheartedly!

Such a shame. This is a really nice wallet, and the RFID blocking works well. Unfortunately, they have also decided to block the pouch on the outside. I bought this to have my oyster/train card on the outside so I could "tap in/out" without the risk of it also reading my bank cards protected inside the wallet. Unfortunately, unlike the last similar wallet I owned, because they have also protected the side pouch, the ticket readers can't read my oyster card. So sadly, I will have to return.

This is a great little wallet ! I have 5 cards in the centre pocket, 1 card in the quick access pocket and a £10 note in the back pocket. The leather is soft, but also has a strength to it. The size is great, much better than the usual bulky style bifold or trifold which people, including me of course, are moving away from. For the price, it’s very good value. The wallet feels like it will last for a long time, but, even if it doesn’t, it it lasts for at least a year, at around £10, I would happily buy another one.

Heel fraai artikel, en zeer verzorgd verpakt. Mooi compact en goede materialen. Heb er 4+1 kaart in, dat is voor mij ook genoeg. De clip is afneembaar. Zeer tevreden, kan het aanraden.

Trovo sia un oggetto davvero bello. Conosco questo tipo di pu e so che tende a deteriorarsi velocemente ma per l'uso che devo farne va benissimo: non lo userò come portafogli ma come porta documenti, preferisco tenere le due cose separate in caso di furto o smarrimento. È piccolo e sottile, il che mi permette di tenerlo ben nascosto in tasca senza dare nell'occhio. Ho apprezzato un sacco il packaging: scatola di cartoncino, sacchetto con interno in pile e portafoglio ben avvolto in carta leggera, dà l'effetto di un oggetto lussuoso. Per il prezzo pagato la qualità è ottima e fa una bella figura come regalo.
