Nice and cut smooth

Finally, a cutter that works! I was looking for a cutter that would function properly. The tool that I had been using would never cut a square end. It would always cut crookedly and primarily crush instead of cut the pipe. This cutter does an excellent job. The blade is much sharper and of a different design. It cuts CPVC pipe at a perfect right angle, smooth and even. The ratcheting mechanism makes for minimal effort needed to make the cuts. The bright yellow color makes them easier to find when needed. I can’t believe how nice these are at this price point. I’m not aware of any replacement blades available, but at this price, I look at this tool as a throwaway when it finally becomes too dull.

Used a few times on 1/2 & 3/4" PVC. Works ok. Probably won't last as long as more expensive ones, but I'm not a professional plumber so this will work for me.

It cuts PVC pipe cleanly. Thanks to its ratchet, it takes little effort. Seems well made. Good value. There are many others that look identical and have the same features, and they probably work as well too. It's a useful tool that for modest use should last a lifetime.
