I have bought this stuff over and over, because it's inexpensive, and it's replaced SO many things in my medicine cabinet. I use it for: Lotion- emu oil penetrates your skin because it has the same composition as human oils, and it feels GREAT! Sunburns- Aloe wears off after a few minutes. Emu oil takes the sting out for HOURS, and it rejuvenates the skin to help keep it from peeling. Deep conditioning- I rub it in my hair and put a blow-dryer on it, to give it a hot oil treatment. My hair is smooth, shiny, and soft as all get out for a week afterwards. Light conditioning- I smooth the frizz when I've just rubbed some on my hands, it tames the cow licks. Cuts- Emu oil is actually antibacterial! It works like neosporin, I rub it on a cut to keep the skin supple so it can close, and it keeps the cut from getting infected. Acne treatment- I'm prone to adult acne on my face, and the antibacterial nature of Emu oil keeps my face from breaking out. It also seems to decrease the appearance of my crow's feet. I realize I sound like an ad for this stuff, but that's because I love it SO much. I always have a small bottle to give to other people, and I know it's not just me because they have all told me how much they love it, particularly for acne treatment and sunburns. So far I've converted over a dozen friends to emu oil, some of whom even use it on their dogs! It sounds too good to be true, but I swear, if you try it...you will believe it! I have only heard ONE complaint- one or two people have told me they didn't care for the smell (I don't smell it), but I corrected that by warming it a bit until it was liquid, then mixing in a few drops of essential oil they liked. Subtle smell, gone!

Two years into letting my beard grow long, I watched a YouTube video of a guy who uses emu oil and said it was a great softener for men with gray and white beards. I picked up a bottle about a year ago and I’ve been using emu oil ever since!!! I primarily use it during my morning beard care routine, and it leaves my beard very soft and manageable. It has also helped reduce split ends, and has been a great help to my beard growth and health. Definitely worth the coins!!!

This seems to me to be exactly the same as the sample of oil that I received from a high priced source... priced at $149 for only 2 ounces. That sample really impressed me but I just couldn't afford to pay that price, so I started looking for alternatives on Amazon. This brand got the best reviews for being cleanest and not having any odor and I certainly have not been disappointed with it after using it for over two weeks. I don't detect any smell at all, and I am very sensitive to smells. Also my skin is extremely sensitive. When I run out of my current version of face oil and eye cream I plan to replace both with this. Feels like it's going on greasy, but soaks in pretty fast. What I am most impressed with though, and why I bought it, is to use on a large scar from recent abdominal surgery. We will see what happens in another month, but it is definitely not hurting and could be helping. The doctor was happy with my progress so far. I have been using this instead of the scar treatment that I was planning to use until someone suggested emu oil. It is also supposed to be great for inflammation and sore muscles, so I've been putting it on my bad knee (hit by car in 1970) and seems to help with that too. If I had not found such an affordable price I would not be able to use as much of this and probably would not be having the same results. I will definitely reorder at least once, but this might be something that I will keep on hand for the rest of my life.

Update Jan/2016 This time around, I bought 2 of these in the smaller 4oz bottles, which come in the dark containers- instead of clear. I feel like the viscosity in the smaller bottle is much thicker, and there is absolutely no smell at all in either bottles and had the same consistency. The 8 oz clear bottle, while not over powering, had a noticeable unpleasant scent that did eventually dissipate. I use a lot of cleaners and my hands are beat up from chemical burns and frequent hand washing. Olive oil soaks provided some relief prior to finding this. The first 8 oz bottle, did work better than olive oil. Comparing now, the smaller bottles vs the 8oz-. Smaller bottles seem thicker. The oil soaks in better. It feels better. Need to shave- let this soak in beforehand. Use your normal shave products and immediately after let more soak in. I also put this on and immediately apply tiger balm- to my neck and back- the smaller bottles seemed to work better and quicker. Immediate range of motion returned- which didn't happen with the 8 oz. I wish the 8oz bottles came in darker bottles. Maybe the clear bottle is affecting it. Original review: My only concern is the clear bottle. I think it should be in a darker bottle to protect it. But- I'm no expert by any means..

Best face cream I ever had!!! I love it, not that it will take away wrinkles, when you are old you're old, but that doesn't mean we have to be uncomfortable in our wrinkled skin. I dont find it absorbing fast, but by morning my skin feels like it did when I was 18. Made in USA, and I am hooked. ALSO you should know a tiny drop goes a long long way.And you do not have to be stingy wither. I had been using Blu-Emu for the typical pains and didn't believe it would work,( skeptical old lady nurse) but it actually works, so I came here to find plain emu for thew face. Glad I did. Amazon is always the first go-to for anything we need! Thank you AMAZON! ALSO important the emu oil does not leave oil stains on your clothing!!!!! Nor on the pillow....pretty darn good for an oil product, dont you think?
