I bought this for my husbands tools on the UTV. It fits perfect and I wish I had bought it sooner. Very deep and can hold a lot of tools (we use canvas bank bags to sort tools). It is water resistant as we left it in the rain one night and no issues with water getting into the box. Very sturdy and doesn't rattle around.
