Q: What battery does the microphone actually take? 1.5V listed do not fit.

I also want to know the answer to this. I tried to insert AA batteries but they are too big. I even tried AAA batteries but of course they are much too small. There is nothing in the "user manual" about the microphone, let alone any info on the batteries.

Q: When connected to Bluetooth from my phone - the speaker says Bluetooth connected but music doesn’t play from my phone! Help please

You need to switch it to Bluetooth mode instead of line input on speaker. Even though it says connected it won’t play music until you switch the mode. I had the same problem.

Q: How do I get the speaker to recognize the wireless microphone?

Hi, once you turn on the microphone and the speaker they will automatically connect to each other. Please make sure that the batteries are brand new. Adjust the microphone volume on the back of the unit and it will work. Thank you.
