Good fan
Easy to install. Very quiet fan. *Note* the suggested duct and vent of 4" which is wrong. It should be 6". I ended purchasing the wrong size.

Sensor does not work
First, It was very hard to install since does not have same dimensions of standard fans. Second, our intention on buying a fan with the sensor was exactly to avoid turning on and off, which has not been achieved with this product. It starts automatically when showing the green light even tough there is no steam/humidity in the bathroom. Also, it never stops unless turned off manually. Third - We just finished renovations and of course the 30 days window for return has passed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Imagine yourself sliding into the most amazing, steamy hot bath for a needed soak. Now picture doing that with a fan overhead turning off and on ever 30 seconds or so. Although it was easy to install, the fan kicks on and off until the humidity drops to a certain level. It does NOT stay on until the humidity drops like a logical person might hope for.

Badly unbalanced cage
This is a review for 110Cfm model, 6" duct. Fastening system is badly designed. Support arms are flimsy and rattling inside the guide on the chassis of the fan. Not the biggest issue though, that can be fixed by additional braces. The biggest issue is unbalanced motor/squirrel cage moving air. It makes the whole fan body rattle. You can see it is unbalanced by simply rotating it with your hand. Result is a lot of vibration and noise. My application was crawl space ventilation, slightly unusual for this type of fan. I was hoping for steady and quiet airflow. Airflow is there, quiet - not so much. Given how bad motor balance is it will probably not last. Too much work spent installing it, so I'll keep it until it dies. Stay away, add 20-30 more $ and go with Panasonic.
