This is a great waist trainer, and the 2nd one I've purchased (needed to size down after weightloss) It snatches your waist, provides excellent conpression and really helps you sweat at the gym! Great to wear when lifting weights too, keeps your back straight so you're not hunched over.

As the others state this Waist training is amazing. I purchased it for my back. I had been purchasing ones 4x more expensive over and over and still dealt with back pain by the end of the day. I would sometime get this sharp shooting pain in my spine that was so awful I would collapse if I did not grab onto something. Ive been using this belt for two week no shooting pain and the back pain is down to 0/1. I wish I would have found this long ago. It is also amazing at giving me shape too., so triple win for compression and back support. I purchased the largest size and though it wasn't going to work, to my surprise it relaxes just a bit to contour to your body after a few days. It is comfortable as well. I will be ordering more, I purchase the pink and the black and they are both really nice.

This waist trainer fits really well and feels super comfortable. The material is high quality and strong, but still flexible enough to move easily. It gives great support and helps shape the waist nicely. I really love it!

I’ve been really happy with this waist trainer. The material is comfortable but still provides solid compression, and the Velcro is strong and stays in place even during workouts. I definitely notice increased sweating around my midsection, especially when exercising. It also offers good lower back and posture support, which is a big plus for me. Easy to adjust and fits well under workout clothes. Great value for the price — would recommend!

This was an OK product. I wasn’t very impressed. Not too sure what the outcome was supposed to be. I wasn’t sweating as much in the zipper quality wasn’t great really hard to put on and was a very uncomfortable.

I slapped this bad boy on immediately as I got it and YESSSS. I was hesitant to get a Large because the last waist trainer from another company was terrible and it was a Medium so I measured myself as instructed on here and saw I needed a Large. So glad I got the Large. It fits so good. I can tell my posture is straight. It is shaping my body so good!

This is one of the best waist trainers I have used. It fits really well and is adjustable to suit your preference. I do all HIIT, circuit, weights and cardio wearing this product and I saw results within a week of using (based on training 5-6 times a week). The size guide is accurate but I would suggest going one size bigger to give you extra comfort and not making it too tight.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been wanting a good waist trainer for a while to help with shaping my waist as well as for working out. This waist trainer really helped with that as well as keeping my posture, it’s comfortable as long as you get the right size, good product for a good price!

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.
