I've tried several varieties of black garlic in the past, but the Aaswad Black Garlic cloves are sweeter and larger than ones I've had before. They arrived in perfect condition. They're soft and savory and are the perfect complement to a meal. I like to cut them up in pieces and mix them with noodles or rice or use as an accent in salads. The texture is soft but firm and can easily be cut with a fork. This is my second order in a smaller size to give as a gift. The flavor is rather intense. It's not too garlicky but it is sweet almost like raisins. It's not something I like to eat by itself but the flavors meld well with other foods and adds a sweet dimension. Garlic is a nutrient rich super food and these are fun to eat! They have a "specialness" that I enjoy, and I look forward to including them in many more meals ahead. Great taste & comparatively good value for money.

My first time purchasing this particular brand, but it did not disappoint. Fresh solo black garlic, easy peel, just right amount of firmness for slicing and taste was spot on. Won’t hesitate to purchase again.

They are gunny in a nice way, a tang of sweetness. Price is right & Nutritious.

You know, i'm just trying to boost my health with natural things so I came across these and decided to give them a try. They actually don't really taste like garlic.There's a tinge, but it's kind of plum like, and I really like them. I would recommend.

These black garlics are absolutely amazing. They taste so good, nothing like garlic, more like dates. Its early days so not sure about the benefits yet but will update at a later date. I am hopeful.

Nice sweet flavours

Excellent black garlic—soft, glossy cloves with a deep sweet-savory umami flavor (think balsamic + molasses, no harsh bite). Great to ear raw, in sauces, marinades, or even spread on toast. Will buy again!

This is one complete bulb, not segments that most people would be used to. The bulb is it self, soft and tasty and has very delicate fragrance and taste. I tend to eat one a day whole and enjoyed it very much. I do not stink of garlic after as you might assume. A nice product and the plastic jar with lid is handy as it can be used for other stuff when finished.
