This bracelet is VERY pretty, but DOESN'T help with pain AT ALL! I guess i was just a bit too hopeful =/ 4 stars as it doesn't help with pain

DOE NOT KEP ITS APPEARANCE FOR LONG LESS THN 8 WEEKS
I bought this and gave it to my mum for christmas not even 8 weeks ago, choose it because mum as bad arthritus and i thought it might help. She loved it and put it immediately she opened it as it was so pretty. When i saw her last week she showed mw the braclet and it was brown in the inside and all the sections that connected the hearts she said she actually felt it was helping with the pain as well. I am very disappointed and cannot find how to contact the supplier because its out of the return period. Why has it gone such a horrible looking colour. and can i get my mum a new one

Rubbish clasp - kept falling off
Unfortunately the clasp on this was rubbish and it kept falling off so I had to return it. Its a shame because it's a pretty bracelet.
