REVIEW UPDATE: After receiving a product with a broken seal and leaking powder, I returned my Super Greens to Amazon and wrote in my original review that the product arrived unusable. At that point, the manufacturers promptly contacted me and showed excellent customer service, immediately sending me a new bottle of greens. The new one was perfectly sealed and arrived in good order. So I've been using it and now provide up my updated review below. Taste: Unlike some, I don't have any problem at all with the taste. Perfectly fine. It also smells fine. Consistency and mixing: After trying many times to use the product by mixing it in with hot water, I found that it never fully dissolves. There's always some powder residue left at the bottom and sides of my cup when I'm done, which is a pain to clean. I therefore mix the powder with yogurt, which works much better. It mixes completely with yogurt and the taste compliments the vanilla yogurt that I use very well. Just know that you won't have much luck with hot water. Ingredients I was concerned about the fact that Super Greens contains Green Tea Powder, which normally has more caffeine that coffee. This is because I'm highly sensitive to caffeine and won't be able to sleep at night if I have green tea or coffee even as late as 2 PM. However, the manufacturers state that their green tea formulation has no caffeine. I was highly curious to test this out myself, by having a scoop of powder in my drink in the early afternoon, then another one late afternoon the next day, to see if it would affect my sleeping. I'm happy to report that the manufacturers are in fact correct, and the powder does not in fact contain caffeine. I know this because it does not impact my sleep quality at all, which it would if it contained caffeine. Additionally, I like that these greens contain Inulin and Bromelain, which the other powder I was considering does not. It seems like there's a very good mix of stuff in here. Customer Service Nested Naturals was very prompt and courteous in sending me a replacement powder and following up multiple times to make sure it arrived fine and that I was satisfied with it. They deserve credit for that. Considering all of the above, I am thus updating my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Recommended product.

I was asked if I would write a review for Super Greens so here it is. I started my "green juice " experience about a year ago. I never eat the amount of fresh fruits and veggies as you are supposed to do I figured I would try this juice stuff and drink them. The first product I bought was actually from a different brand, Organifi Green Juice. I used it for 1/2 a year and thought it was great. Taste was great. Minty and lemony with a touch of sweetness. Very pleasant. It made me feel more energized and I actually lost weight because I was using it as a meal. The down side to the Organifi was the price point. Pretty pricey at $70 a tub. So I searched for something comparable for a cheaper price. That's when I found SuperGreens. There are actually more ingredients and good stuff in Super Greens compared to the Organifi. The taste is different, but not bad. To me tastes more like soup as opposed to a green smoothie. It's still very pleasant. They could maybe add a little more mint or lemon, but all in all, i like it and it is what I use daily now. At $23 a tub, which is 1 month for 1 person, it's affordable. I have it set up on auto ship so I get one at my door every month. Simple. So there you have it. Satisfied customer.

This seems to be a good green powder. I don't doubt that the ingredients are good. However, it does not blend as easily with liquid as I hoped. I got this powder because it had 2 grams of fiber as opposed to most having 1. I knew it did not have any flavors added to it, but I make a drink with lots of vitamins and minerals and was not concerned with the flavor not being covered but the flavor is too strong for me to use a full scoop. The powder does blend in liquid, but there is still a small amount of grit when I drink it (if I use the full scoop of a serving...if I use half a serving it isn't as bad). It is great in a smoothie. All that being said, good product but I don't enjoy the taste and slight grittiness. That's what I get though for not buying a green powder that had flavor added to it.

I'm pretty picky with what goes in my body, but I am also not made of money, so I always look for affordable products. I was looking up probiotic powders and got sponsored ad from supergreens and clicked on it to find that it carried 1.67 billion probiotics plus has the benefits of being non-gmo, vegan, 3rd party tested, and has superfoods backed by science, digestive enzymes, fiber, and alkalizing blends. I have tons of stomach problems and mostly associated with candida over growth and these ingredients help prevent overgrowth and give me an energizing boost without needing caffeine or coffee in the morning. Ive felt way better since taking this supplement and its help curb the candida death radicals from creating more problems while trying to correct my system. The liver is protected with the immune blend and the alkalizing blend helps maintain my ph for a happy and healthy biome. I did have some diarrhea while taking it, but its from the candida being killed so fast and all the radicals being released.. Google it, its a thing! But after a few days I was back to normal and regular without complications. I feel lighter, sharper, and more energetic. This stuff is great and has been very effective with my candida overgrowth. Taste- Most of the superfoods have sweetness to them and help aid with the flavor, such as gingo leaf and green tea extract (matcha packets), acai juice, Luo han guo, blueberries and raspberry. It's not candy sweet, but its got a sweeter taste than most powders and makes it more palatable. It honestly tastes like a glass of matcha latte. I mix it with soy or regular milk and I actually crave it in the morning. If you aren't used to unsweetened green tea or matcha it may take a little time to like it. It took me awhile to like matcha lattes and now its all I drink. It would mix well with juices as well. But it tastes good. And even better because its a green smoothie. Ingredients I could spend all day citing all the benefits of everything in the powder.. but I won't. But if you are like me and Google everything you will find everything in this powder has at least a minimum of 3 benefits and support your whole body!! There aren't any fillers. Its non-gmo, vegan, and soy free meaning less chances for it to irritate your tummy or cause inflammation. Plus without the fillers, you won't get the burping most supplements give you. But, thats what is great about the digestive enzymes, because it helps digestion and break down things easier so you don't get bloated or have negative gi issues. Its 3rd party test, so everything is proven and not a gimmick to make you buy it.

I spent a lot of time researching powdered green products. I’ve taken greens every day for at least 6 years. I used to get them from “It Works”, but they changed their formula and I could not stand the taste of the new one. I was so upset. They without question make me feel better. So the search began for a new brand. Several names would keep coming up in various “Best Greens” lists, so I started comparing. I really didn’t want them sweetened (even w Stevia) and surprisingly, that was hard to find. But Nested Naturals Super Greens, have no sweeteners added. I also wanted them to include Adaptogens (like ashwaganda, rhodiola, reishi, ginseng, cordyceps... Research shows adaptogens can combat fatigue, enhance mental performance, ease depression and anxiety, and help you thrive rather than just muddle through) UNFORTUNATELY, Super Greens does not include these. But after much research, Super Greens still seemed to be the best fit and I decided I would just add an Adaptogenic supplement to my routine. A lot of reviewers complain about the TASTE of greens... If they are GREENS, they are going to taste like greens. I got used to my original greens from It Works and I honestly didn’t mind them (until they changed the formula). These Super Greens are SO MUCH BETTER. They mix smoothly with water and taste pretty mild (although I usually make a smoothie and blend them with ice cubes, a small amount of juice, Adaptogens and a scoop of protein... I don’t taste them AT ALL in the smoothie). For me, the PROS: * a LOT of nutrients packed in * NO sweeteners (no stevia) * Smooth texture & MILD taste * Reasonable Price CONS: * lack of Adaptogens in the mix

We bought this since it was equivalent to another more expensive brand that’s also green. Although most of the ingredients are similar, I have to say the taste is NOT. If you ever wanted to know what the green sludge on the bottom of the ocean tastes like then I would recommend this product. I have to remind myself of the benefits of the drink as I try to choke it down. I have tried adding honey and agave to it but that doesn’t really cover it. I also recommend you have your chaser ready when you have swallowed your last gulp! Good luck! Good price though!

Started using this product on 14 September. It is the first thing I drink when I get up in the morning. I mix one scoop with a cup of water and drink it before I get the day started. It mixes well with just water. It is a little gritty towards the bottom of the cup, but I normally mix it again with a spoon a half a glass. It has a similar taste to unsweetened tea. It makes it super easy to drink if you are just mixing with water. I could tell an immediate difference in my stomach. I have zero bloating after I eat anything. I’ve reduced the amount of caffeine I intake in the mornings and this compensates for it. It is a longer lasting energy than caffeine as well. I would definitely suggest buying it if you are looking for a great supergreens powder!

I was told about this product from a fellow gym member and after trying a sample of my friend, I ordered a jar that day. I really like this super green product. If you have every tried a super greens product before, you know they don't taste too good, sometimes downright awful. This has a monk's fruit extract which gives it a much palatable taste. I usually mix one scoop with a 8 oz. glass of water, mixed with a little juice. It's really pretty good. I drink it when I get up, just before I eat breakfast. I feel an extra energy when I take it that way. I am a fitness instructor, age 49, and this helps aid in my muscle recovery and needed energy, especially when it's near the end of the week. I have noticed a difference in how I feel - more alert, awake, and that extra burst of energy. So, my friend & I talked to someone else about it....she ordered it and likes it and has more energy. My just plain feels good with this. After a couple of weeks of using the product, the company contacted me and asked if I would give a fair review if they sent me a free jar and I said yes. I want to make very clear, I was already planning on giving a positive review before the free jar. I am going to continue ordering this product and telling my friends. Great, natural product....read the labels if you are not sure....it's all there...probiotics too!
