This Nutritional Yeast Flakes product tastes delicious! I just sprinkle some on a spoon and eat it, using it as a supplemental source for B-vitamins. It's supposed to be good for one's immune system. If you love cheese like I do, you'll appreciate it. Also great to sprinkle on eggs, salads, or anything else you would use with cheese. Also I appreciate the fact that it's gluten-free.

Good company. Has a reputation for purity. So tired of worrying about toxins and heavy metals in my food. Googled info said this company is trustworthy. Can only trust Google is right. Tastes good on popcorn and salads. I use it in soup also, but it is salty, so use sparingly.

Not all nutritional yeasts are created equal, but Frontier Co-op delivers. This is high quality, great flavor, very fresh and comes in just the right size bottle for me to actually remember to use it often as a supplement and flavor enhancer on all kinds of foods. This stuff is loaded with protein and vitamins. I love to make a sauce with it and some miso and a little water and add it to pasta. I've also just sprinkled it on pasta with some olive oil and it's really great that way, too.

This was my first time trying. I had never even heard of this before but someone slid into my dm’s talking about how this is so great to sprinkle on things even add to soup? I was curious so I bought and it tastes great! It really does taste like……cheese. Like cheesy puff sprinkles? I like it. I think it would be good on popcorn or when I make tortilla chips in my air fryer. Or even on potatoes, or vegetables. I’m definitely going to keep it in stock at my house.

The photo shows the difference between Bragg's Nutritional Yeast (BBQ flavor) and Frontier. Frontier is far more tasty, melts easier if you're spooning it down, has larger flakes. NYeast, whichever brand, is extremely high in B12, so if you're vegan or vegetarian and worried you're getting enough, this covers it. I've never been low in B12, get tested every year, haven't eaten meat since 1978. You can add this stuff to anything, incl. popcorn, soup, toast, or just raw dog it. It's sort of addictive because it tastes so good. Price is more reasonable than Bragg's, as well.
