I ordered 2 of these and they are great. Very sturdy to hold your book. They break down well too. I did have one issue on one of the stands.When I tried to slide the big top flat part into the bracket on the vertical stand, it would only go in a little. I measured the riveted part on the back and its 1/4' wider than the other one I ordered so it wont slide down very far. I contacted Ultimate Support and they sent me the new part free. They live up to their name!Great products.

Great gadget for musicians. Sturdy material and comfortable to carry .Similar product by Hola,I prefer Hola because it has a carrying bag,whcch makes it a better product to buy. I bought 2 of Hola's music stand..

Excellent and very sturdy! Just as pictured.

Very well made stand that does what's expected of it! Fits together nicely. No shrinkage when heavy music or books are placed on it. Very stable. Strongly built, yet easy to move around.

HEADS UP: ALL MY MUSICIAN FRIENDS: I asked to purchase a replacement clamp for my $80.00 Ultimate Support JS series Music Stand. Here's the response I got:In regard to the JamStand product line, unfortunately, we do not manufacture separately replaceable parts. (Whereas we do with the Ultimate Support product line)Our apologies we are not able to help with replacement parts for the Jamtands product line.Thank YouCustomer ServiceScrew Ultimate Support. I will NEVER buy their products again, and I implore you to follow suit.

I had high hopes for this apparently solid stand. Within 6 months or so however, the screw knob that secures the tripod collar to the base of the main vertical support had stripped, through no fault or misuse on my part. I attempted to contacted Ultimate Support. After several unreturned calls and frustrating emails back and forth trying to explain the problem, they told it was not covered by their 3-year "limited lifetime warranty" but that I could pay for the replacement part plus shipping, even though the assembly is riveted and would need to be replaced at the factory anyway.Lesson to customer support departments everywhere - just send a replacement unit to the customer. As long as Unit 2 functions as advertised, everybody goes home happy.
