Anyone who plays guitar will know the feeling of dread when your prized axe unexpected starts to drop from your waste. If you're lucky you will catch it before it strikes the ground, if your not so lucky you've just acquired a roadworn edition of your favourite guitar. This were straplocks come in. They are a relatively simple device that is placed on the strap button to help retain the strap ends to the guitar. Having a small collection of guitars I decided it was about time I added some to my axes. I found this pack of 12 silicone strap locks on Amazon so I ordered them. The come in a small bag and there are indeed 24. The material feels robust and strong enough to help retain the strap in place. Fitting them is a pain in the proverbial though. While they do stretch a little, it still take some effort to fit them to the strap buttons. I recommend unscrewing them first, adding the strap lock then the strap before refitting. However this difficulty in fitting bodes well for their ability to secure the strap to you guitar. So far I've had no issues while playing and they feel very secure. My only regret is I didn't pick up some red ones as well. These are an essential purchase for guitarists. These are of decent quality and reasonable value. My only reservation is that there are other sellers with a remarkably similar product for slightly less, or in greater quantity.

I have been using these on my guitars for months now and i am very pleased with them. A little tricky to get on but thats a good thing as it means they aren't coming off easily either. No signs of the strap coming off guitars now. Very sturdy and great peace of mind that my guitars aren't going to suddenly drop to the floor. Great value for peace of mind!

I have these to keep my strap from slipping off my Fender Strat. They are reassuringly difficult to put on, because they are such a tight fit, but once you have wrestled them into place you just *know* that your guitar is safe! Every bit as effective as security strap locks, without the need to mess with the guitar itself.

Useful and non invasive strap locks which are just as good as higher priced equivalents I have.

I like to have a supply of these around at all times. I've used them to secure straps on guitars, basses, keytars (yes I know), and even to keep a GoPro attached to a third party extension pole/grip. Nice.

These provide an affordable option to expensive strap locks and work well on most of my guitars. However on a couple of my higher end acoustics with jack plug sockets within the strap button, there's just not enough depth to use these on top of strap.

Articolo super consigliato e rodato! Non ha difetti e fa quello descritto. Lo utilizzo per tutti i live siccome che mi muovo parecchio e non ho mai avuto problemi! Se vengono rimossi con cura si possono riutilizzare senza problemi, io per ora sto usando ancora il primo paio da 15 live circa.

The item is too hard to manipulate with a very tight opening.

Cheap enough that when they west out I can just put a new one on. No more fancy metal ones for me.
