As a quick fix its ok the cord is much to short and the analog sticks offer very littke responcive ness and precision gameing should b avoided the controller is not accurate enough for any thing but large movements came with a screw broken off and rattling around inside but it does work just wish it worked better it looks the part of an orginal I think I will just put forth a few more dollars next time for some thing alittle better or just get a used one

I received the control (new), it works great although the cord was about 3 ft. long. Plugged in a played, had a blast, i had to sit closer to the console but it fine. My other 3rd party control did not work, it keeps displaying that i unplugged it (i didn't) so i got ya new one. The cord wasn't as long as the original Microsoft controller but all was good. Great product overall, i don't recommend if you don't like short wires.

Bought two. They worked very well. They are broken in about three months; but the low cost makes up for it. I have yet to find a non-oem that stays together over the long haul for an original Xbox anyway.

It was delivered in 3 days! The controller game as advertised and works great! I notice it feels cheaper than the regular Xbox controllers but as long as it works that is all I care about.

I bought this controller as a secondary controller for an old xbox that i had purchased. It is not an OFFICIAL game controller from Microsoft, I dont know what company made this, but it is a decent clone of the Microsoft made S-Type controller.The reason this review is only three stars is because of the quality of the materials used to make this controller. It is light and the plastic is very cheap. It does what it is supposed to, and I haven't had any problems with it. This could also be to the small amount of use that it gets. I usually use the original controller when I play.If you need a second controller for light use, I recommend it. However, if you are looking for a replacement controller and you play a heavy amount, purchase something a little more sturdy.

The product itself meets all my expectations. The seller, however, I will never work with again nor will I recommend anyone work with (in fact, I'll recommend you NOT work with this seller). Dissatisfaction and deceit from the seller justifies my statement.

Pretty annoyed that the picture is the official Microsoft controller and its not whats actually being sold. The controller itself isn't too terrible, but the cable is so damn short and it doesn't have the breakaway part to use an extension cable with like the official ones. After I opened the package and saw it wasn't the one in the picture, I checked my order online and noticed the "Gen" in the title, meaning generic. So I guess this is partly my fault for basing my purchase solely on the picture.
