I have a bit of trouble with digesting food. So I have to crush up one of my medication‘s and put it in the capsules so I can get the benefit of the supplement. Great paddock perfect size effective and I know I am getting the amounts that I need.

I order these frequently because I make my own supplements. I use these for Lion's Mane powder, beetroot, and Ashwagandha, among others. Easy to use, with very few damaged capsules in the package. A good value for the money.

When I first saw these I wasn’t sure exactly what I would use them for and then I realised they would be the perfect size for me to slide pills in since I have challenges swallowing them. It’s a very effective solution as they accommodate reasonable size tablets with a smooth texture but dissolve easily in the stomach with no disruption. They have absolutely no smell or discernible taste. I can’t really speak to any skin health benefits, however they are gelatin so surely there is some there. If you take multiple pills a day this is a great way of swallowing them all at once without them getting caught in your throat!

I picked up these vegan empty capsules to pack my own supplements, and overall they work as intended, though there are a few things to keep in mind before you buy. Functionality & Build Quality For the most part, the capsules are easy to open, fill, and close. They’re also essentially flavorless, which is great if you're trying to avoid the taste of bitter powders, minerals, or vitamins. However, I did notice some inconsistent fit issues. Once you separate a capsule, some don’t snap fully back together. A few end up slightly squished or misshapen, making them unusable. In my experience, it’s about one defective capsule per six, which isn’t ideal if you’re counting on every piece. When a capsule doesn’t seal correctly, powder can leak out, so I typically set those aside. Compatibility With Powders & Liquids I’ve used these with both powders and certain liquids: Powders generally work well. Acidic powders (like citric acid) tend to make the capsules a bit tacky or sticky. Neutral powders (like baking soda) don’t cause any issues. With liquids, the success rate varies depending on the thickness and composition. Some worked fine; others softened the capsule too quickly. For best results, these seem suited for immediate-use capsules rather than long-term storage. Extras & Ease of Use These don’t come with any filling tools, so if you’re planning to do larger batches, you may want to pick up a capsule-filling tray or scoop. That said, it's fair—they’re selling capsules, not a full kit. Overall If you need vegan capsules for quick, simple supplement packing, these get the job done. Just be prepared to encounter the occasional capsule that doesn’t seal properly. For the price, they’re functional, but the inconsistency keeps them from being a perfect option.

These worked great for me! They don't smell bad, they are good size and they go down easily.
