Exact fit and Fixed the coolant leak.
2010 Ford Fusion 4 Cyl. This bolted right on; it came with the nipple that screws into the side for the bleeder line. This fixed the coolant leak in short order.

This product is uter garbage, why in the hell would you mould it to the exact OEM part but not have the holed mount for the coolant temp sensor? It's completely blocked off! And the mount for the breather is also closed off!
