This is the best sauerkraut that I have ever bought. I love knowing it's organic and sourced by a woman owned small business in the USA. We will be buying more and be a lifetime customer. The taste is great, most sauerkraut is very tart and vinegar tasting. Mary did an awesome job getting the best flavor.

Not only is this one of the healthiest (and delicious) and most life giving creations you could ever discover… but the humans who make it and get it to you are SUPERLATIVE in their beauty. We are so grateful.

What a treat! I love sauerkraut but haven't progressed much beyond making my own kimchee and curtido to sauerkraut. My purchase of a shortcut for the winter suggests that I may simply order more from this company! (Up here, if we're lucky to get locally-grown cabbage, it's generally of one variety. Kenai Peninsula summer seasons being what they are, it's sometimes easier to rely on baby bok choy. For Napa cabbage, y'gotta beat others to the offering at the farmer's markets.) I'm so delighted with this company. If ever I made my own, I would try to replicate theirs. My supply arrived in superb condition, and I took especial care to keep it that way. Does not tell me where the parcel locker is located and need instruction. Will not buy this again if they can not ship to home. Also does not qualify for return. So no instruction were to go, no return, this is Bull Crap.

I just don't care for the flavor of this one.

EXCELLENCE rarely seen. Super-fresh, delicious product packed extremely well in a sturdy box. On top of this, it arrived in a timely manner. Would recommend a thousand percent if there was such a thing!
