An upgrade from previous models but...
Over the years we have had both the 200 and 400 series Mag boxes and the Mag544w3 is clearly an upgrade from those. The remote is also a re-design but some of its functions are most annoying. Although it has not been paired with the TV remote it sometimes switches it off with the mag box. Both mag box and the remote are considerably slower to react than the old versions which can make you think one or both are not working!

Freezes and does not work
Product does not work. Kept freezing whenever trying to connect to WiFi

There is you tube help if required. It is simple to set up though.
Works perfectly. Nice and clear. Simple to set up. There are help numbers if you have trouble.
