My wife bought this grill to cook Korean bbq. We love the fact that is one piece and very easy to clean. I would give it 5 stars but the found the base very flimsy. It's very thin plastic, and it feels like it could bend or break if you apply a lot of pressure to it. It was also hard to snap into place. Also, the electric cord could be a bit longer. We had to use an extension cord to have the grill sit in the middle of our dining table. Other than that, it is a great grill, cooks evenly, and very easy to clean up.

Love this grill. I especially love grilling chicken breast and peppers on it. They always come out so tender and flavorful. The glass top contains the cooking odors. I do cook with a towel under it for easy cleanup. It’s great to be able to grill year around. I gifted one to my son.

This indoor grill has surpassed my expectations! It heats uniformly, is electric, doesn't smoke, is truly non-stick, the grill plate pops out for easy cleaning, it provides a large surface area for grilling, and it's scratch-resistant. I bought it primarily for vegetables. I'm very picky about veggies - I won't eat them if they're mushy. I'm happy to say I'm now eating way more veggies as this product has allowed me to grill veggies to perfect crispness - INDOORS, no less - with ease. Oh, and the price can't be beat!

Very disappointed. First it came in original manufacture box, so there was no added layer of extra safety measures. The box seemed like it was tampered with because of the store bought tape they used.to retape it with. Box had holes, slashes, dents & scratches. Which meant the item inside had the same thing. It seemed like I received a return item. It had scratches, it was chipped, it was broken. Not only that but you are NOT able to change the heat settings. 445 F degrees is the only heat setting that works. So your meat will burn and cook very fast. If you try and change it to a lower temperature, the machine turns off. Now the wire is a foot long so it’s very short and you definitely need an extension chord. I messaged support and I asked them to resend me a new one so hopefully this time the second one works and isn’t broken. If not I’ll have to return both and just buy from a Korean store instead.

Love this grill as it's light, just the right size and has a grease bin to empty. Glad I purchased it.

Bought this due to the lockdown since we are not able to go into Korean BBQ restaurants at the moment. This works amazing and it heats up fairly quickly and evenly throughout the hot plate! It's great indoors because there is no flames or gas, so it's safe to use around kids and babies. The lid is super convenient to have because it reduces the smoke when covering the cooking food. It does get smokey when you take the lid off, but we just opened our windows and it quickly got rid of the smoke. It is also very lightweight so it's very easy to take it with you for camping.
