It was much less expensive than the subzero brand. Works just fine.

No issue with installing and operation. Reasonable comparable cost. Before installing I filled up with slow flow faucet tap water.

Great filter replacement for my sub-zero!
Good quality filters at a great price! Fits perfectly and easy to replace. Water pressure and taste is exactly the same as much more expensive filters!

Seems totally compatible with Sub-Zero. Weighs about 25% as much as a Sub-Zero brand filter, which is fine if it lasts as long but not fine if it lasts less time. To be determined as I just installed it.

Compatible with OEM part for sub zero refrigerator
This water filter worked perfectly in my sub-zero refrigerator at a fraction of the price of the OEM part. Easy to replace your existing filter, just screw out the old one and screw in the new and 10 seconds later you are done. What I had not realized before getting a replacement filter was that when the old one has been in use for a long time it slows down the flow of water significantly as it becomes clogged , although it appears to be working fine. Replacing the filter cartridge not only helps purify the water but also increases the water flow a lot. Seems obvious, but I had never thought of that until an appliance repairman recommended it to me. Was every bit as sturdy as the OEM part.

Got this to replace my Sub-Zero ice maker water filter. Fitment is perfect and there are no leaks. First batch of ice is gray as expected with all carbon filters... Even OEM . Ice taste pretty good still. So far so good. It comes with nice date stickers so you know when you installed it and when you should replace it. I replaced mine every 6 months. These are good value third party filters so far.
