It's Balistol... so it is the best stuff made. Works better than Hoppes No.9, Blows CLP out of the water, Worls on metal, leather, rubber, wood (don't soak it) and will make hands soft. The smell, Stinky Foot Cheese (at 10K feet). At lower elevations smells better.

It inhibits rust and corrosion. I spray it on my reloading dies in my garage where it is highly humid and they stay free of rust. A little goes a long way and I use a small brush to distribute it all over the die body and inside with a small sprayer. Not a speck of rust anywhere but it is imperative that anything you want rust free gets a coating every two weeks or so in a humid environment. This works great on my baseball gloves and leather holsters as well as it inhibits everything like mold. Makes the leather supple and nourished. Great stuff for just about everything.

Very good product but you better open a window, the fumes could cause you to pass out. Throat was kind of scratchy for a couple days after cleaning a couple guns in a smaller space.

It seems like it’s too expensive, but I have learned a little goes along way. Also purchase the small plastic bottles with the needle type applicator. You can really get it in tight spaces not only does it lubricate, but it preserves leather and prevents rust. I purchased it mostly for gun cleaning, but it has many uses. I like the nonpressurized can sprayer works very well and you can control the amount by how you pump.

Great for MULTIPLE applications. Cleans and lubes at the same time. Mild (I like it) odor. Highly recommend.

I use this on my percussion cap revolver supposedly there’s a way you mix it and you can make moose milk for firearms. I don’t know the recipe to make it. It’s supposedly this product mixed with something else but yes, it works good but it looks like it removed the rust from my gun. A lubricate and protects your firearm. I don’t know if you’d use it for that, but it works on other things.
