e.l.f. Solid Brush and Sponge Cleanser with Travel Case

I've been using this ever since I discovered it a few years ago, and I can't say enough positive about it. I have a powder type foundation compact, and thanks to this cleaner, my 3-pack of fabric puffs has lasted for years. Same for my blush brushes and eye makeup brushes. Super easy and fast to use, and I like the decontaminating effect of the charcoal. Has no discernable fragrance.

This is a charcoal round brush cleaner that takes all the gunk/make up product out of synthetic or natural hair brushes in minutes and leaves the brush hairs conditioned and like new. Impressive. I use the product lid for water. Put the dirty brush to soak for 20 seconds, then run the dirty brush across the charcoal round back and forth then rinse. This is so fast and easy. You have to let the brushes dry. I have a table top fan I let them sit near in the bathroom after I squeeze the water out of the washed brushes in a washcloth or towel. Elf does it again! I usually only used to use spray brush cleaner, but this really cleans the brushes throughly, and sometimes brushes need that. No smell, no allergy or reaction issues.

I wash my makeup brushes once a week or more frequently as needed. I always used my everyday hand soap, and they seemed to get clean. Sometimes the foundation would stain a brush, but I thought that was just what happened with makeup and makeup brushes. I bought this e.l.f. cleansing bar when it was on sale. It is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! All my brushes get so clean now. Even the ones that were slightly stained came out perfect. I never use anything else to clean my brushes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and hope e.l.f. never discontinues this cleansing bar. To use, wet the brush bristles slightly and rub gently over the bar. Rinse the bristles, squeeze out the excess water, and allow to air dry. I always dry the soap bar with an old t-shirt rag because I want the bar to last. Store it in the travel case until you need it again. Once my bar is finished, I plan to repurpose the storage case as it is high quality.

It is easier to clean sponges and brushes with these rather than soap and water. The only reason I did not give five stars is that sponge takes a few days to dry.

If you have a lot of make up brushes like I do you better make sure that you're keeping them clean because those are a great place for bacteria to grow. I love this elf pot cleaner. You turn the water on get your brushes, wet and rub it around your fingers or a mat swish it a few times and the products are out of the brush and it's clean set them aside to air dry you won't be disappointed!!!

So easy and quick to use. Restored my brushes to looking brand new within seconds. I'll recommend this to friends and family, as well as repurchase when needed for myself. Effective product!

This is the best brush cleaner i could every think when you dont have time to keep working and can use on your delicate brushes. Ive used this on bk beauty IT cosmetics etc brushes and they clean so well i will always keep buying!

I use this for my beauty/sponge blenders and it works great. It gets all the dirt and product out of any brand of sponge blender. It’s a great dupe for the beauty blender brands soap. It leaves the sponges nice and clean and gets into every crevice. I haven’t used this on my makeup brushes, but I assume it would work the same. Great purchase, highly recommend!
