i had been having stomach ache and constipation for last 4-5 days. Then it came in as invisible blessing from almighty.As described i had it after 40 minutes after dinner that day. it worked like wonder.. i felt quite relieved and my stool got cleared the next day. since then i kept on having it twice a day , once just after waking up and 2nd 40 minutes after dinner...
