This product is difficult to find. We love buckwheat pancakes and order them when we travel as a treat. The package arrived on time and in excellent condition. The flavor is excellent. It mixes easily and looks appetizing when stacked on a plate. I would recommend and will purchase again.

I had been craving buckwheat pancakes for awhile and because so few restaurants around here make buckwheat pancakes decided to try these and I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to make and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend that you try this brand.

I was so happy to find buckwheat mix. I love buckwheat pancakes and haven't had them for years. They are higher in protein than regular flour. And I know Bob's Red Mill sells healthy grains, so I knew it was reliable. The only thing is that I remember the buckwheat taste being stronger when I ate buckwheat pancakes in my younger days. I just don't know if it is the wheat itself or if my tastebuds lost some taste

I haven't had Buckwheat pancakes since I was a little girl. I made them for breakfast the next morning after I received the flour. The were absolutely delicious. the taste surpasses that of other kinds of flour, it is sweeter and tastier. Product came promptly, was sealed correctly and easy to store.
