Easily tears in half. The torn side is open but it still keeps the eggs from falling out.

Can you tell me what the imprint size is on the top of the carton? thank you in advance

I'm not sure if you are referring to the printing or the low spot on the carton top. Since Anna L. was kind enough to describe the printing, I'll tell you about the indention. From front to back, it is about 3.25". The wider area in the center is 3/4" and the narrow area in the front and back are about 7/16". The top area that is printed is about 11" x 3.25" if that helps with the scale. If you have any other questions feel free to message us through Amazon!

If I ordered 250, do I receive 250 12 egg cartons or 125 12 egg cartons which can be split into 250 6 egg cartons?
