Have bought lots of these over the years, my usual mix for 4 persons is 1 flat tea spoon of Korma, Bhuna and Tandoori with a half a teaspoon of Goan powder with 2 chicken fillets, makes a nice curry, not too strong - don't use what they say in the recipes as this is too much and uses up the tins too quickly.

Easy to follow and delicious

The spices themselves are amazing and the recipe booklet is concise and very easy to follow. I was bought this because I wasn't confident at cooking a curry and had expressed a desire to be better. I found this pack a really helpful tool in learning a few of the processes used in the prep of nearly all curries. I no longer use the takeaway, instead when people ask for a takeaway I use it an an excuse to cook them a homemade curry that is amazing.

Very nice bought as a gift but don’t let the picture fool you. In reality the set is very small. The book inside is tiny and at first looks like an instruction booklet. Would buy again but disappointed with the size
